Corey is the guy! Extremely satisfied with my service! Customer service team was amazing. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. Also appreciate that they send a photo of the technician/updates to schedule before arriving. Definitely will be using them for future needs.

Amazing service! Corey went out of his way to try and trouble shoot a plumbing issue; he was friendly, professional, thorough, couldn’t ask for better service! And the office staff was equally wonderful to work with. Highly recommend! The best experience with a plumber I’ve ever had!

I am so impressed and pleased with Corey and the team! They clearly have a passion for thr work they do, and immediately were able to detect and repair all plumbing issues. They were clean and professional the entire time, and my dog loved them, too! I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing work.

Polar Aire is an amazing company! They worked with us on pricing and fixed our septic system in about 2 hours so that we could finish out basement remodeling project. Please give them a holler if your air conditioner/furnace or plumbing need work! They are quick and efficient and so helpful!

Needed to have new water heater. Called Monday morning spoke to Sydney . Zach was here by 9:30am. Checked everything gave me an estimate and was set up same day for install of new water heater. Cory did an amazing job. Had old water heater and had a few problems but Cory did an excellent job taking care of. Both Zach and Cory answered all my questions I had. Both were very pleasant and they knew there job. Everyone I dealt with was confident, knowledgeable and pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend Polar for any of my plumbing and HVAC services. Thank you for a job well done I’m so glad to have hot water again.

Dan and Conner provided excellent service. Did maintenance on my AC unit. Went over checklist of what they reviewed and were very thorough. They were professional and courteous. Our 3rd time with Polar but not the last!

Yeah... Kyle is by far the best technician I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Very personable, great sense of humor, very knowledgeable. Like you all should give this dude a raise or promotion. If you dont, I'm sorry your doing it wrong. I'll be staying with this company for a very long time

We had a sump pump issue, of course, in the middle of a rainstorm. Luckily, a friend suggested that I call Polar Plumbing. The representative immediately found a tech who would be available within a short period of time. I tried to soak up as much water as I could while I waited. The tech, Zak, arrived even sooner than anticipated. He switched out the sump pump and told us about their ongoing protection plan. We are very pleased. Two thumbs up for Polar Plumbing.

On time and couldn't have been more pleasant. Jarod explained everything that had to be done without any pressure to do extra work. Couldn't be happier with the service call. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions without hesitation. Good Job Polar Air.

Installed our A/C, Furnace and upgraded our Air filter system today. Dan and Nick represented their company to a high standard. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of this company. I give them a big thumbs up 👍.

2-6-2026 Zach came out and did a water heater flush and routine check of the plumbing throughput the house. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

Our old AC went out over the weekend during a heat wave. They came out on a Sunday, lent us a portable AC to get us through, and installed an entire new AC and furnace in less than 8 hours the following day. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Thanks.

Had another company out for 4 hours trying to fix our heating issue. Decided to send them on their way and called Polar Aire. Within 30min, Jarod had found the cause and checked everything. He was able to get all the parts in the next day, installed and up and working in under an hour. The total cost was even less that what we had paid the other guy for our 4 hour nightmare. This is our new Heating and AC solutions company going forward!

Everyone I interacted with for both the estimate and the work were great. They explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and their prices were fair. Would recommend to anyone needing work done in the area. Daniel had to do a callback to make an adjustment for my framers and made it next day! Was in and out in ten minutes. Appreciated their work!

I submitted an online request - no, a PLEA! - for help getting the AC at my parents' house to bring the temperature down below 80°.
Another company claims "response within hours"... Guess that thinking I would hear from them the same day was my bad, because they didn't really say how MANY hours.
I messaged Polar Aire, and got a response within minutes! No kidding!
They gave me a 2 hour service window for the following day, but I got a text message in the morning saying that Jared, the tech, was en route an hour sooner!
Jared definitely "understood the assignment"! 😆 He completed the job so swiftly and professionally, he was respectful, and he paid great attention to avoid making any mess along the way - despite the fact that I told him there was no need to be concerned about it.
The bottom line price was outstanding, and after Jared left, I realized that he had even brought my trash can up to the garage!
I simply cannot express enough appreciation & gratitude to Jared, and to Polar Aire! Thank you so very much!

Stephen took the time to make sure my humidifier install went off without a hitch. He’s a thorough technician and I take comfort every time I have him work on my system. I wouldn’t use anyone else!!

This is the second time we have used Polar Plumbing. Both times have been excellent service. They are timely in returning calls, giving estimates and getting on the schedule. We had a mini split installed in our sunroom. Dan and Conner did a great job from install to clean up. I would highly recommend Polar Plumbing.

I was very satisfied with Kyle and his helper. Today they took their time. They We careful not to bring the outside in. I feel I got a good cleaning service from them. I feel confident my air conditioner will work for the entire summer.

Jarod is great to work with. We had to replace our furnace because an OEM blower motor was over half the cost. Got us the best price and installed in a few hours.

Sydney & Zach are great! Needed proof for our city, that our backflow was inoperable. They were able to update the BSI online system. Thought I would get charged for service, but they did not charge because they did not turn on or fix anything. Most companies charge just to come out. Polar heating and air will always get my business.
