Ian did a really good job. Inspected my sewer lateral to ensure no gas leaks had occurred. Top notch guy, top notch service

I had a gentleman by the name of Ian, ask if he could inspect my sewer line to check for gas. He was very informative and polite, explaining every step of the sewer line inspection. He was in and out in 10 minutes and I feel safer knowing there’s no gas in my sewer!

Vector was out and about in our neighborhood as a follow up to some gas line work that Spire was doing.

Without warning they needed access to my sewer clean out in the backyard to do a routine inspection. I would have appreciated a heads up though, as I had no idea this would be required.

The crew was courteous and nice. However, we once saw one of the crew urinating on the side of a garage in the alley. I didn’t appreciate that, but I guess when you got to go you got to go. Get some porta potties guys!

Not sure where they hire these brainiacs from to block traffic and direct cars then they close down a lane during work but clearly the training is lacking because these clowns have no clue what they are doing.

A disgusting company that let's immature children run the show. If they ask to enter your home to inspect your sewer, decline!!!!!!

I am 47 years old. Out of all the jobs I have had this was the worse. Not professional at all. They say they do drugs test, but you can't tell with the people they hire. Drinking, using drugs on the job. I was blown away. No training at all. I don't think no one knows what they are doing. I was there for three weeks, and didn't learn anything from anyone. Guess they was to high, drunk, or trying to find their next date to teach anything. Atlanta Location
