Our water heater went out and Terry Plumbing was pulling into our driveway with a replacement within 90 minutes. Really saved the day for us.

Service like no other! When I first called for an emergency toilet issue, the technician helped me problem solve my plumbing problem over the phone. Unfortunately it was a larger issue and the tech that came to my home not only resolved the issue, but provided me alternate solutions should the problem arise again to save money. Thorough, kind, and honest with customer service that goes above and beyond. Appreciate their transparency and highly recommend.

I am a general contractor and have used Terry Plumbing extensively for over 15 years. Their staff is awesome from ownership through all of the field. They are fair in pricing and have great quality. I highly recommend.

What should have been a quick bathroom sink replacement turned into a nightmare. An extra quarter turn on the temporary shut off valve snapped the entire valve off the rusted main line and scorching hot water began to shoot out of the wall into my units bathroom. I was able to turn the water off to the entire building but needed a plumber to come out immediately to repair the pipe and put on a new valve.

I called 4 places and Terry Plumbing was the only place that said a plumber will call me soon and someone ACTUALLY called me! And within 20 minutes!

Robert was the gentleman that i worked with and he was timely, courteous and professional. I sent him photos of the broken pipe, explained my situation to him and he was able to give me a rough estimate, an eta of an hour to get to my unit and an estimate of 1.5 hours of repair time.

Robert arrived within the hour, it took him apx 1.5 hrs to repair the pipe and we were able to restore the water back to the building that night!

Will definitely be using Terry Plumbing again!

This is the third time with have used Terry’s Plumbing. They are prompt, courteous, and excellent tradesmen. I highly recommend them.

I'd recommend Terry Plumbing to anybody who has any plumbing issues (from simp to advance). After dealing with a handful of different plumbers who couldn't fix the issue, we finally landed one with Joe from Terry Plumbing Co. Joe was awesome..he was running a bit late, but when he got to my home, he was extremely apologetic, polite, and got right to work. He did a great job listening, answering all my questions, fixed a few sinks that wasn't part of the original job, and even gave me tips/advice for preventative measures moving forward. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself (the last plumber we used left a huge mess everywhere..).

The service did cost us a pretty penny, but it was cheaper than we originally budgeted for. Thanks Joe! 10/10.

Terry Plumbing is phenomenal! Got work done on our sewer line the next day after we called. I have used them twice and have recommended them to the company that I work for. My company is now using them for repairs and I know that we will be satisfied. I have also posted them as a company to use via Nextdoor. I can't say enough about their great work and what a great group of people.

Terry plumbing promptly came out as our second opinion, they were able to fix the backup issue that the other company couldnt. Good communication, punctuality, and wernt afraid to put in the hard work.

The ejector pump in our basement recently failed. I called Terry Plumbing first thing in the morning and fortunately they were able to send someone out that afternoon to replace the pump and a failing valve. The office staff was great and the plumber, Zach did a great job. Very happy with the experience.
