Outstanding service! My furnace went out at 9pm in the 0 degree weather. One phone call and they came out immediately, but not before trying to help me fix it on the phone first! I really appreciate the fact that they tried to help me before coming out, even though I didn’t get it going, the technician came right out within an hour and had my house nice and warm in less than 2 hours. Fantastic service from a fantastic company.

All of the Rousculp team were great to work with. They replaced our Air Conditioner, Air Handling unit and improved the air distribution throughout the house. Everyone was proffessional and new thier jobs well. I will use them again.

Rousculp's HVAC, a stellar business. We had used another popular big name HVAC company for annual inspections for years, but I decided to switch due to concerns about the maintenance provided vs what they were supposed to do. Rousculp's doesn't cut corners because they CARE about their customer and their reputation. This is a solid company you can TRUST. And their service rep was courteous and professional and even lauded what a great company and boss he had when I asked how long he had been with them. John came out and looked at my AC and figured out immediately what was wrong. Took care of it and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. I asked him a million questions and he explained everything to me in terms I understood without making me feel like I was a bother. Thank you for hiring such friendly and knowledgeable service people. A+ in my book.

When our furnace went out we looked for an hvac company and with so many great reviews we decided on Rousculp’s. John came out that morning and diagnosed the problem after a very thorough inspection. He laid out options for us and gave us honest advice. He got our old furnace up and running and gave us a quote for a replacement on our system which seemed more than fair! Todd the owner even stopped by to check in during the service call! This was our first call and definitely won’t be our last! Thanks for your thorough service and honesty!

These guys really know their stuff and I would highly recommend them. Our 24 year old air conditioner died and we were not prepared to buy a new one. John replaced some major parts, explained his work, was fast, and courteous. Thank you John and thank you Rousculps Heating and cooling!

John was very efficient..Walked me thru the house and showed me some trouble spots that need to be fixed..he fixed a couple of them for me..when Bob Gets home from work, we'll fix the rest of them..Thanks again John.

The installers Juan and Ross did an amazing job. They put down a runner as not to hurt the floor. Very clean and neat installation. Guys are great! Thank you. John came out to Check the Air Conditioner unit today May 6 to inspect it. Very nice tech. Very professional and thorough. Was very impressed with the service they provided. John’s a great Tech. Todd Rousculp came out within 24 hours to look at our AC unit. With 1 look he diagnosed the issue and had it running within an hour. He was honest, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. The price was very fair and our house is now cool.

Wonderful experience. Very informative. Called Rousculp's yesterday with a furnace issue. Todd was here within an hour and a half. He thoroughly inspected my 28 year old furnace and told me the ins and outs on repair or replacing it. Made absolute sense to replace the furnace rather than ongoing costly repairs. Todd sat down and showed me the best options and today, I have an installed new furnace! The installers were wonderful guys. Juan and John did a phenomenal job installing my new furnace.
