If you need professional help, this is the place to go. Don't bother with the big box stores. All codes will be met. Your plumber will be very happy.

I searched long and hard for an aluminum anode rod for my water heater. I needed an aluminum rod for treat a bad sulfur odor in my hot water. Greg at the shop was very helpful over the phone. He confirmed what I had read online about changing the anode rod to treat the sulfur odor. He was not sure that he had the correct part but offered to measure it's length and the head of the bolt.

Very few people carry these rods. ACE in New Lenox had them but they were unsure about the length (there rod was 30" and the existing rod was 44"). Nor were they sure about the material.

Another place told me to just remove the original rod all together and cap the anode rod hole. This did not sound right to me so I dismissed it.

In summary, the company had the part, were knowledgeable about the issue and had great customer service.

A pipe broke in my house. I had to turn the water off in the whole house. I couldn't find a replacement part. Called Steve at Wm F Meyer. He didn't have the part in stock. He called me back a few minutes later and had talked his supplier into waiving their order minimum. He order the one part I needed. set it up so I could pick it up. I was able to install it and turn the water back on with in a couple hours. Steve went above beyond with his service today and I really appreciated it. I will looking at WM F Meyer for my future plumbing needs.

I was able to obtain a quality American made sillcock (outdoor faucet) for my house at a great price. The sales person went and brought me several options and gave me a great deal on the part I needed. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I had a water heater go out just 2 or 3 months before the warranty expired on a water heater that came with the house I bought. They replaced it no problem. They also have a great selection of higher end faucets for kitchens and baths. Give them a try for anything plumbing related.

I will not come back here again these people are very rude during this ruff times but if your doing business respect you customers or close your doors and stay home

My husband and I stopped by to see their showroom. It was nice. However, the woman working never greeted us or even got up from behind her table. She eventually said "You can take home whatever book you want." We weren't even sure she was speaking to us. Decent little showroom. Odd service.

Very poor customer service, the guy have acctitud, in the end of the transaction he threw the receipt on the counter top and didn't say anything else I asked if both receipts where main and he didn't say anything like yes or Thank you. If your life is miserable that is not customers problem.
