All the negative reviews shown here seem to be from people that have no business in a supply store. These guys always have what I need, and if not they can order it. Never had a bad experience, been going here for years.

Few of the counter help need to work on customer service. Diapointed

Explained my job and what i was looking for 3 times. Extremely unprofessional. Laughed when he didnt know the tool i was asking about and insisted i needed a tool that was inappropriate for my task. Needs customer service training!

Bad customer service. Front Desk was rude and was no help.

There customer service was bad they don’t even try to help you there not patient and get angry at you for no reason and very negative, branch should definitely do an evaluation on it’s employees and how they treat reoccurring customers all it takes is a smile and a positive attitude to make someone’s day to keep business going been to many different supply chains and this one was the WORST!!!

Horrible customer service. Guy at the front desk no help. Explained what I needed and his response was tell me what you need….. staff needs some training.
