Purchased new AC at a fair price and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. 2 techs, Anthony and Jesus, came out to install and did it in less than a day. They were friendly, polite and professional. Before starting they explained everything they were going to do and answered my questions and concerns. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away my old unit. As I said, I couldn’t be more pleased and I highly recommend Service Now.

Andy was our service guy, he was exceptional, very experienced. Very easy going and explained everything in detail. I loved the experience as he took our stress away. He is a valued employee and you have a customer for life. Thank you so much Andy

I had a persistent basement drain backup that I couldn’t resolve on my own. Nate from Services Now Home Services came out while I was at work and took care of everything. He was professional and friendly with my family, explaining his process clearly and sharing what he found. He also taught me about common plumbing issues in older homes like mine and gave me great tips for preventative maintenance to help avoid future problems or at least delay them as long as possible.

After talking to Nate after he fixed the problem, it was obvious that he stands by his work. I really appreciate that kind of confidence and pride in craftsmanship. This is exactly the experience I hoped for when hiring a professional to fix an issue in my home.

Did my yearly tune-up and Ian showed up on time and was very courteous. He was very thorough and not once did I have any doubts about his work. He did find a piece in my unit that was going bad and I said it was OK to replace it. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something that was not needed.

Stella was friendly and did an amazing job with our air conditioners! She was thorough and talked with us about the process, explaining what she was doing. She seemed to like her job and was educated about how to ensure our air conditioners would keep us cool the summer through. I felt comfortable with Stella in my home and have been happy with the work Service Now provides for several years!

Anthony was great. Personable, knowable and a great guy. Definitely the person I’m asking for if I need HVAC service again.

These guys Andy and Ethan did an amazing job with our clean out! They dislodged the clog in the main drain line and returned our house's drain system to proper function. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy online, and Elaine was so helpful when reaching out to reschedule our maintenance appointment. Anthony called to make sure his timing was good for the appointment itself. He was fantastic, super knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and efficient.
We went with their maintenance package because of the fantastic service.

Thanks to Service Now, l was able to have my water heater functioning in record time. My next door neighbor recommended them.
The receptionist was polite and very reassuring. She promised me that she would send a specialist who would fix my issue promptly and lo and behold, Mr.Andy Smith came and fixed everything in minutes! He knew what to do. He was pleasant and technically savvy!
No wonder they are called Service Now! It’s a befitting name.

We had a leaky copper pipe under our kitchen sink, we were leaving this same day for a week, Ryan showed up same day, not only did he fix the leak, he moved the copper pipes back closer to the wall, for more space under the sink, Ryan was cautious and friendly, I highly recommend this company, they were outstanding

Was called 30 min ahead of time. Arrived on time. Very friendly, had a good visit while working on the furnace. Did a very good job of cleaning and preparing furnace for winter.

Nat was professional and knew his stuff. When I called for a water leak. They sent nat right out and was here in less than 1 half hour.

I’m beyond impressed with the service I’ve received today with my air conditioner. They were efficient and professional from the first phone call. The service rep, Ian, was very honest and explained things carefully. Took his time to test things out properly and make sure he not only repaired the problem but that I was good moving forward. I joined the membership club so they can test things before I end up in another emergency and get a discount on parts if necessary. I would strongly recommend them. Showed up on time, knowledgeable, and friendly! Thank you for the fantastic service!

Jose was wonderful. Very good at his job. Didn't have the right part with him so he ordered it and came back and finished up getting our heat back on.
