This company came to fix my dryer in record time. Found the issue in record time and although they didn't have the part that was needed the person came back the same day and out in the part and my dryer was fixed. They also cleaned up very well. I would use them again for sure.

I had problem with my cooking range three months ago. After calling 2/3 places I called Ali. He was prompt to visit us, explained the issue straight forward, quoted fair price and fixed the issue. Even after three months things are working nicely and I have no issue. I highly recommend Ali.

Such a great experience! Professional… kind….and knowledgeable. Came out the next day and fixed what turned out to be a very minor issue and charged honestly. I tried to call two highest recommended companies before I called Ali, both companies were not as professional as him one located in Park Ridge didn't even call me back after I left a message, the other seemed like it was answered from outside the country who couldn't even accept my repair request because their system was down..
Ali is very professional, accepted my job right away (when you call you talk to the technician not the person from the office) after exchanging his phone number with my tenant ,he called me back with the quote and after my approval he completed repair quickly.

His pricing is very reasonable!

If someone has a 1k, 5 star reviews it doesn't mean his costumer service is better than of those with 100 , 5 star reviews, so please consider to give a try for a smaller companies like Ali's too.

Fridge stopped working. Was scared I was going to lose all my food. Called Ali. An hour later he was here. 30min later the fridge was fixed. $290 out the door and he explained what he did (replaced the fan). Grateful satisfied customer!
