Nate was able to come out the same day that I called. He was professional, polite and courteous. It did not take him long to fix problem. He answered some questions for me. That really helped me. I would have him back if needed.

Shane C. was My repair Guy. He was absolutely excellent! The back of my refrigerator seemed to be freezing and was freezing food. I probably would’ve said well. Just forget it, but he opened the whole back and put in a whole new part. He was very patient and very knowledgeable very professional, and definitely an attribute to your company! He cleaned up as he went out very courteous and now I have a working clean refrigerator! Thank you for sending Shane C!

Wow Nate was amazing, he serviced my Samsung dryer and was able to find the issue. It was covered under warranty with no money out of my pocket and he was very knowledgeable, very friendly and a gentleman. Nate went above and beyond to handle my issue. I highly recommend the company.

My fridge was broken. So they sent technician Jamie C to fix it. He did a wonderful job! Great customer service skills. He explained the issue and fixed it. He was detailed and thorough! Exceptional A+ service overall!

Gerardo diagnosed very quickly. We did not repair the dishwasher because of the $800 cost plus it was only 2 years old. I’ll get a Bosch d/w to replace the Samsung. Very disappointed with product quality.

Ray was very courteous and knowledgeable about all the repairs I needed. He fixed everything that was wrong with my stove, particularly the oven not heating, and one of the pilots not firing. He also gave me insight on how to keep the stove running longer.

Unique Repairman Graden R. was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, clean. The repair (compressor replacement) took +/- 2hrs as estimated and covered under the appliance warranty. I was assured that it is rare to have a "return repair" for a "CH E" failure; so...fingers crossed.
And 30hrs after work complete...COLD quiet fridge, ICE in door, IICE BALLS in freezer drawer AND NO LEAKS! NO water
leaking anywhere! GREAT!!!

Shane and Khaled were wonderful. Diagnosed the problem on my stove (another company came out and broke it worse than it was). Very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are reasonable, saved me from buying a new stove/oven. Customer service was very nice. Technicians came out during the time quoted.

The technician was fast, courteous, respectful, skilled. I highly recommend! I didn’t pay because the dishwasher was under warranty.

Ray was excellent! Arrived very timely, totally technicality competent, knew exactly what he was doing, and quickly figured out what my oven was doing. Very happy with the company in general, great job of customer interaction and satisfaction.

Daniil T did a fantastic job fixing my dishwasher (for the 2nd time now). He went above and beyond to help me drill a new hole for the water source (which he didn’t have to do). He always has a great attitude and if my dishwasher happens to break again, I hope he is assigned to come fix it!
