I had Stevenson's Air Control investigate a leak in my HVAC equipment at my rental properties due to a property management company's request. Unfortunately, they made little progress in identifying the source of the issue, instead offering theories without concrete evidence. To make matters worse, they charged me an exorbitant amount for time I wasn't home when the appointment ended. After leaving for another commitment, their technician decided to take a closer look at one more thing and left a message asking me to return. When I called back, he informed me that he'd be waiting in his truck for two hours, despite knowing I wouldn't be home. When I questioned the charges, the technician became defensive and dismissive of my concerns. To add insult to injury, further inspections by other companies revealed that their initial theory was incorrect.
