Carson went above and beyond from the moment I met him. He won my claim and the team he had for construction were phenomenal. They worked with every single request and Efrain’s attention to detail was truly appreciated. You can tell these two strive at customer service.

One thing I’d recommend is to get additional administrative help. The current response time for follow ups from your office could be improved. Other than that, I will absolutely be referring your company because Carson and Efrain were incredibly easy to work with.

Poor communication and unreasonably inefficient service provided. Finally, inspection passed over a month ago and I have yet to hear back from them on moving forward with the project. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them for any service.

horrible company, insurance paid them for removal and replacement of my solar panels over a year ago and the company that did the removal for them are still waiting for the money. Shyann whittle will not return calls or answer the phone. they are fast to get the contract but horrible after that. im being harassed about the $1330 i owe the other company for the removal and replacement of the solar panels. Please find someone else to do your roof.
