Came to our home on a holiday for an emergency. Good advice. Fair price. Knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Brandon was thorough and explained what he was doing. He also took the time to take a look at another plumbing problem and recommend a course of action.

Ed was nice, professional, and on-time. He quickly found the problem and was able to fix it the same day. We will definitely call him again for any future concerns or issues.

I hired Ed to install an injector pit, which was completed fast and at a price that I thought was very reasonable. Ed was very prompt and friendly and followed up a few times to make sure everything was in property working order.

Bobby and Rich came out late on a Saturday evening to fix our backed up toilet and shower in the basement. Both were professional and considerate of the house, trying to minimize mess inside. They answered when no one else did! Would use them again if needed.

Had a leak in a tough location inside the wall between floors, Ed was the only one of 6 people I called to answer and told me not to worry he would be out today and it would be fixed…leak was fixed fast, price was fair and Ed was the most professional. Highly recommend

My dishwasher had been filling up with water and not draining. 2 other people had come to look at it and couldn't figure out the problem. Ed come in and within 10 minutes and figured out that the pipes had been installed wrong when our cabinets had been replaced! He replaced them and we have no more standing water. Thank you!

Ed recently installed a replacement valve to our outside flood control system that he originally installed 20 years ago. Very happy to report that the valve held up during the rain event on June 26. No sewer/water back up in the basement! Ed and his guy did an excellent job with the installation. Thanks!

Ed was extremely responsive and communicative. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable in assisting us with the insurance process. The work looks very professional and complete. He was excellent throughout our whole flooding ordeal. I do not know how his pricing compares, but we are satisfied and happy to make him our "go to" plumber moving forward.

I called Ace Plumbing and Sewer my sump pump was making a screeching noise and then it stopped working- and of course it is pouring outside. I could see the water coming into the pit and I was in trouble with the basement flooding. They came out in 30 minutes from my call! fast and reliable! they put in two sump pumps with one as a backup with an alarm which gave me the security of not having to worry about our finished carpeted basement! Thanks Ed

Ed did an good job unclogging my drains. Fast service however I feel the price was incredibly high. We have had the drains unclogged before and spent less than half of what he charged for 2 hrs of work.

Was quoted $900 to rod out a floor drain in my basement and told there was possible tree roots. We had standing sewage in the area. Ed came in with his rodder, started rodding and within a matter of minutes the drain opened up, no tree roots. 54 minutes from the time he arrived until the time he left and 10 minutes of that was actual work. Spilled some bacteria on the floor and told us to disinfect and change the furnace filter. Called 8 other plumbers after the job and was told that $900 was absolutely ridiculous, should have been no more than $275. BEWARE, and when confronted he threatens to call the health department about the sewage. Real class act. Consumers BEWARE. Regarding his response below, the sewage had been there for 3 days, over the weekend. I called him on Monday, he came out on Tuesday. He's just saying whatever he can to try to rectify $900....the job was not even close to a $900 job. If you work hard for your money, don't call this thief to do a job for you. There are plenty of honest plumbers in the business. This guy gives them all a bad name.

Ed showed up to my property after our toilet backed up and had me have our septic pumped !! Returned after and pulled my main line cap and unclogged then line after paying close to $600 the next day the cap had been leaking and I made him aware. Around eight days later he returned and and tried to fix while I was out of town!! When I returned it was still leaking and was leaking worse then before. I called Ed and told him and he said that there's nothing he can do pretty much and tried to tell me how to fix on my own. I figured if you start a job you finish it till costumer is satisfied but I guess that isn't the case!!! I will now fix on my own and I let him know I wasn't pleased and would leave this review

So I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was an absolute joke. I called Ed on a Sunday, he said if I sent pictures he'd provide me an estimate over the phone for installing a shower valve. Sent the pictures Sunday and followed up Monday. Ed said he never got the pictures. Sent the pictures again Monday and followed up on Tuesday. Ed said again he didn't get the pictures. He finally tells me that the line I've been calling him at his 2 numbers, and that I've been sending them to the wrong number. Couldn't you have told me that from the beginning? I follow up again Wednesday and he did finally get the pictures, but refused to give me an estimate. Now I've wasted 4 days to get an estimate. I finally give up trying to get an estimate and tell him to just come by Thursday afternoon. When I talk to him Thursday he tells me there will be a service fee, after taking off work already and scheduling the appointment. Shows up Thursday and after 10 minutes provides me an estimate of $688 with me providing him the shower valve. No tile on the wall, just cement board, and an access panel on the wall behind the valve. I refuse the work and he tells me it'll be $125 just for coming out. I tell him that he never told me the price for the service fee, and he responds "that's your problem". He then works into the conversion that he has a GUN at his house. At this point I'm afraid to argue over the price anymore and just agree to the work... I try to work from home on my laptop during the job, but am asked twice to assist with the job. I find it embarrassing that a professional, and as he reminded me had 30 years experience, had the audacity to ask for my help. I pay for a service because I'm extremely pressed for time. The shower valve was installed correctly, but the service was terrible/ down right scary. Do not use this company as they will try to manipulate you in every way, and completely waste your time and money. God help the next person that has to deal with Ed.
