The owner of this business is awesome. We've needed to use their AC services twice (once on a major holiday), and he was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. Don't hesitate to call!!

Bad customer service. Spoke to Dave with Eagle and explained our situation- came recommended- Dave stated he could help us and would be here Monday - family left in the cold! Our Goodman Heater is 2 months old and the board went out. Dave has the part needed to fix our unit. We do not have a Goodman dealer in our area. Today, Dave called and told us he would not travel 2 hours and he doesn’t care - it is not his problem. The least Dave could have done is recommend someone since he committed to fixing the unit. He left us with no options and no heat. Good luck using this company.
