Jonny A. came when we needed our backflow tested. He was quick and efficient and extremely personable! He made getting our water tested easy and we will definitely call him again next year.

Nathan is the best plumber I ever had to my property. My well and water treatment system is complicated. Nathan explained how it all works and repaired what other plumbers had installed wrong. Thanks Lifetime and Nathan!

Nathan did an amazing job installing a new water heater. Very knowledgeable answered all my questions. Was able to get me scheduled the very next day after meeting and discussing all options. Would definitely recommend.

After doing a load of laundry I found a puddle of water around the floor drain. We had our entire sewer line replaced several years ago, so I was surprised it would have failed already. I didn't know at the time but the neighbors on either side of me were also having water issues. I called Lifeline based on their reviews and the fact that they were close to me. It was mid day and I was hoping to still get someone out to look at things that day. I was told I would be put on the next available list. A few minutes later Jon A called to tell me he was on his way and when he expected to arrive. He was right on the money. When he arrived he went to straight to work. He seemed very confident of what the problem might be. After doing a few preliminary tests, he told me the problem was not our system, but was a problem with the villages system. I was concerned the village would not address the issue in a timely manner, but Jon said not to worry. He would handle it. After calling the village several times (everyone was apparently at lunch) he explained what the issue was and got some workers out right away. He was able to stay until they came, to explain what he had found. He kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. As I paid my bill Jon explained what the next steps would be and the cost if what the village was doing didn't work. I was impressed for such a young man Jon was so professional, dedicated and knowledgable. He also did a great job of explaining things to me in a way I could understand. Lifeline you hired an exceptional employee in Jon. Best of luck to him.

First company we reached out to couldnt pinpoint a problem and wanted to charge us to tear down our wall. We got a second opinion with Mike D, and within 15 minutes the problem was pinpointed and solved within the hour! All for less money than what the first plumbing company wanted just to tear down my wall.

They were pretty good! They came out to inspect the damage the same day we called (did some preliminary work so we could use our water) and fixed the issue with our broken water main a few days later. Quick and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire thing.

We had Nathan come out for a burst pipe and not functioning water heater. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us multiple options to our problem. Very please with this technician and the service we received.

We just had Art out for a leaking pipe. He was so professional, very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with his service and would recommend to other.

Art, knows his stuff. he unclogged 3 different areas of the drain pipe. showed the clogs with the professional equipment that he brought. Unfortunately he found a crack in the main sewer pipe. bad for us but I was impressed how he explained everything. we are having Lifeline back to excavate the sewer line outside the house. today is monday and they scheduled wednesday. the price is very fair for what they have to do. Now I know why their rating is 5 stars with close to 5000 reviews. Art is very honest, experienced, and gets the job done right. Definitly a keeper. Thank you Lifeline for coming out the next day. the sewer line backed up on sunday night and they responded today, monday.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but the experience I just had with Lifeline Heating & Air truly deserves it.

Two days ago my heat went out in the middle of the night, and what I hoped would be a simple fix quickly turned into a stressful, emotional mess. My thermostat died, friends tried to help, even someone who “knows this stuff” came over — but no one could figure it out.

I reached out to my lifelong family/friend Caleb, who told his sister Melissa what was going on — and that’s where everything changed. Melissa stepped in with the kind of kindness, patience, and genuine care you don’t see often in this world. She had someone at my house first thing the next morning without hesitation. The way she communicated with me — calm, clear, compassionate — made me feel taken care of during a moment where I really needed that. She’s honestly the whole reason I stayed with the company, even when a family friend offered to do the work for much less. LOYALTY goes to the people who show up for you, and SHE absolutely did.

Dustin came out to diagnose the issue, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was warm, respectful, and explained everything in a way that didn’t make me feel dumb or panicked. When he told me my 21-year-old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced, he delivered the news with compassion, not pressure. You can tell he’s a good human.

Then Daniel and Terrell showed up the very next morning to start the install — two of the nicest, most hardworking guys you could hope to have in your home. They were efficient, respectful, and made me feel safe and at ease the whole time. Their energy and professionalism truly turned a hard situation into something manageable.

From the first phone call to the final install, every single person at Lifeline made me feel like I wasn’t going through this alone. They treated me like a human being, not a transaction. And in a moment where everything felt overwhelming, their kindness made all the difference.

Lifeline Heating & Air lives up to their name in every way. Melissa, Dustin, Daniel, and Terrell — thank you for being the absolute best. If you’re looking for a company that leads with heart, integrity, and compassion, this is the one. I couldn’t recommend them more.

PS: I have to give Dustin and Terrell an extra shoutout — the way they sealed those pipes was so clean it looked like HVAC artwork. I don’t know if they teach “pipe-sealing perfection” in trade school, but if they do, these guys were absolutely top of the class. 🙌🔥 Thanks EVERYONE.

I called this morning after my neighbor told me about a leak in our condo basement. Lifeline made an appointment for me on the spot and took my teaching hours into account. Nathan called to keep me posted on his timing and was there right when I got home!

He found the issue right away, problem-solved and was able to wrangle a repair in a very small space! He was professional, polite, checked his work, and cleaned up!

We had Nathan out for our annual plumbing inspection. He walked through the entire house, showing me the good and bad. Explaining each topic and answering all my dumb questions as we went. All of the work was explained and taken care of quickly!

Nathan did a great job initially clearing a sink clog and introducing us to their club program. It has saved us considerable dollars and we have been very happy with their service and with Nathan.

Lifeline company was there when I needed them the most!Right before New Year Eve my tankless water heater(not common and expensive heater)broke down and it was only company out of many that took my call seriously and dispatched someone to attend to my problem. Specialist called to ask questions and was very honest that he would not be able to help me that night due to lack of parts but he would come in first thing in the morning and he did!!!
Art was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.Quickly recognized problem and suggested solution.Due to holidays ,part took a longer to be delivered but as promised ,Art came and fixed the issue as soon as he could.
He professionaly installed the part and made sure that everything worked like it should before leaving.

Mike D. Is wonderful. He is the only plumber that we ask for from lifeline we like him that much. He has been coming here for years helping us with our plumbing issues. Always friendly and personable and honest, which means a lot

We moved into a home with a relatively old a/c and water heater both of which we had replaced by Lifeline over the last year. We also had some plumbing work inspected. Lifeline did a great job on everything. After the initial visits they walked us through the options and were never pushy about the quote. Prices are fair, they are super accommodating with scheduling service and their technicians (most recently Nathan H) are always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We would trust them for future work and recommend to others.

Nathan was absolutely professional and a very nice guy. He walked me through my options, was able to get my water heater started, and then came back the next day when the pilot went off the next day. I think start to finish, it took him 45 minutes to install our new gas control valve, and everything is working perfectly. Also was quoted cheaper than I thought it might be from experience. Would absolutely use Lifeline again.

Nathan performed an amazing job. Unfortunately he ran into a hiccup right off the bat. But with his expertise and quick thinking he was able to carefully navigate through the issue. Work was done in an efficient and timely manner. He took the time to explain what he was doing and the importance of it all as he went about the work. I truly believe that he went above and beyond with his service and would be happy to reccomend them in the future. Thank you again!
