Eric and David came to my house today and I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. Both Eric and David were friendly, knowledgeable, and clear with both what service they were performing and why they were performing it. I loved the service so much, I signed up for the maintenance plan! This will be my go to company moving forward. Being new to Missouri, its great when you find a company that you trust. Classic Aire Care is that company for me. 10/10, would recommend 👌

Eric is so friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. We are always happy to see that he is the one coming to do our service. We have the service contract, so our only cost today was the humidifier panel. Very reasonable.

Drew L was professional and courteous, he did a great job explaining the inspection and answering my questions, and he left the area around my furnace cleaner than it was before the work/maintenance he did. We are very happy with the service.

I’ve always received the best service from Classic Aire and today was no exception. Nathan A arrived quickly and assessed the situation offering solutions and resources. I deeply appreciate how helpful, professional and personable he was.

Travis was a very pleasant tech to come to our home and service our furnace and humidifier. He was prompt when he said he would arrive and performed his work in a diligent manner. Very happy with the service!

Eric is so nice to have as a service man for me. He took time to explain how to set and regulate the humidifier. I didn’t even have it turned on! He did a great job !

David of Classic Aire did a great job checking out our furnace. We always subscribe to the twice yearly maintenance agreement so there was no charge today. Always happy with service from Classic Aire.

Brady is fantastic. He actually put in our furnace 13 years ago. He is always knowledgeable and extremely friendly! We are so happy he is still servicing our home!!!

Drake did an annual preventive maintenance on my furnace today. He was excellent. Very helpful in making observations and things I should watch out for. Very friendly as well.

I always ask for John. He has serviced my boiler for several years and is the best and most knowledgable person to deal with my monster boiler for the radiant heat in my flooring.

Chase from Classic Air Care was fantastic! He came out quickly, diagnosed my furnace problem and we were back up and running in minutes! I highly recommend Classic Air Care! We even signed up for yearly maintenance with them today.

Always been pleased with their service. Their monthly/yearly maintenance plan gives me peace of mind and means I'm covered for AC and Furnace service on my unit. Unit looks good and clean. Christian did an excellent job and was very professional.

Jack F serviced our 2 HVAC systems. I was really pleased with the communication and service. They notified me the day before and Jack called when he was 20 minutes out. Jack only recommended replacing what we needed and we felt confident in his work.

Mr.Thomas P came into my home very professional his workmanship is through the roof!!! he really did a awesome job inspecting and cleaning my furnace I've had service maintenance many times before and I tell you Thomas took his time and answered all my questions if I could give him a ten I would one thing for sure you have a hard worker in him please consider honoring this young man! workers like him or hard to find. Christin was Very nice, personable. Information he gave me was very useful. He also played with my dogs because he likes dogs. Hope he can come back for my AC ck up.

My furnace quit working and my home was getting cold. Chase came out early evening (on a Saturday) and spent a lot of time troubleshooting what was wrong. After some investigation, he was able to isolate and solve the problem. Good guy, I was happy with the outcome and reasonable price.

Professional, quick, and no B.S. Told me issues with my system and gave me exact pricing without being pushy. Felt respected as a customer and like I wasn't being taken for a ride.
