My family has been doing business with Kent and David for close to 20 years. Lizotte is one of the most experienced names in town. They're NOT a new, high volume megachain that's just looking for a profit (you probably see those kinds of ads all the time, how do you think they afford all that?) What they ARE is professional, experienced, detail oriented and genuinely approachable. Lizotte is a genuine sheet metal shop as well, been in the industry a LONG time and have custom work and one-off stuff well handled. In edwardsville, there's only one HVAC shop like this.

The Lizotte brothers, Kent and David, replaced my electric furnace with a modern Trane gas furnace and air conditioner. Their craftsmanship and professionalism are second to none. They were able to make, and install, custom ducting and returns. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail! Kent and his brother have been in business in the GlenEd area for as long as I can remember, they've done nothing but good work for my parents, and I'm now loving in my own place and needed work done, and they did nothing but good work for me. Nearly everything in my apartment's AC/Heating system was simply past it's lifespan and nearly falling apart, and they completely retrofitted my unit. Everything runs smoothly and their work was thorough and very well done. I'd have no problem recommending them to anyone I know, and love supporting a local business.
