I’ve used Kustom for years for my HVAC system maintenance and have always been impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They just installed a new furnace and heat pump system for me and lived up to all my expectations of them and then some. My options were clearly explained to me and all my questions were answered in detail. The installation team was courteous, tidy and efficient and did an excellent job. They too answered all my questions before leaving. I highly recommend Kustom. They really care about their customers in addition to being skilled technicians.

Eddie did a great job with our annual furnace cleaning and checkup. He pointed out some things that could use attention (e.g. duct cleaning) but didn't try to pressure me into anything, which I appreciate.

I had a full furnace/thermostat and AC install. The guy's did a great job. It was done faster than I thought it would take. Everything was very clean, guys were very thorough, and professional. Kustom has been my go to for years. Thanks Chris and crew!

Juan is a very pleasant guy. He did a great job cleaning our air conditioner. He was very efficient and trustworthy. I would be happy to have him work on our ac and heating units on a regular basis.

I have been a regular maintenance customer of Kustom since 2010 and have had my share of HVAC emergencies over the years. Everyone I have worked with has been reliable, thorough and diligent. When I made the decision to replace my 17 year old HVAC system, Todd walked me through a variety of options and explained the pro/cons of each option. He is a wealth of information!
On installation day, Josh and Witt arrived on time and were friendly, professional and proficient! They completed the entire installation in about 5 hours and left the work areas clean. They did a fantastic job of reworking all the prior connections too.
I decided to go with the Evolution heat pump and I made the right choice. The new state of the art system is fantastic! Keeps the home cool and comfortable and is so quiet I had to check to see if it was running.
I would recommend Kustom to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC provider. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Witt and Josh did an entire install on my HVAC system. They were on time, friendly, professional and proficient! They left the work areas clean. I’m so glad I’ve a state of the art system and it was more affordable monthly than I’d thought. They by far exceeded any expectations I could have! Todd originally came out to quote the job and he was trustworthy and knowledgeable! From the top ( Chris ) down every time I’ve worked with Kustom I’m very impressed. Must be a place that is tuff to be hired at because they have The Best Employees and products! Thanks Kustom!

I am very happy with Eddie’s service. Normally they come in and try to hard sell you on things you need. Eddie was knowledgeable, made recommendations but didn’t push. He was efficient and i appreciated the before and after photos.

I’ve had Kustom service my HVAC system since moving in to this house 4 years ago. They’ve always done a great job - prompt service, fair prices, high quality work. I went with them this summer when I needed to replace the 19 year old AC and furnace. The installation went flawlessly and the new system is working great (and definitely made a positive impact on my electric bill)

Alex our Tech was fantastic!! Polite and very knowledgeable!! Not to mention recognize the problem and fixed it quick ! Called for service at 8:25 p.m. on a Monday night and he's fixed everything by 9:38 p.m. Thank you!!
