Mark did a great job, was very thorough and explained all details of his findings.

Mark was not only great and efficient at his job, but a super nice guy too! All my experiences with Tempco have been great.

I was provided a picture of the service rep and an appointment window. The designated rep arrived within the window. I explained one symptom. He found the problem, corrected the problem, serviced the system and was gone in a little over an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took care to treat our house well. We are well satisfied.

Tempco has been great to work with! Very fair and honest. They have been back to tweak our system to make sure it is fine tuned and everything is running correctly. Would highly recommend them as a reputable HVAC company that does quality work and stands behind their products and workmanship.

Mark was fantastic - fixed my AC blower motor in no time!

Of Course our AC went out on one of the hottest days. I called, made an appointment, and Jason came out the next day. He was professional, and explained things well. And he made us cool again!

I found rust in the furnace and Mark was very thorough in inspecting it, identifying the leak causing the rust and fixing the problem. It was very time consuming and he was very patient and did not rush. Mark went over the process every step; walked me through the problem and how he solved it and by the time he left, I not only felt fully confident and rest assured that the issue is resolved but also knew that it was done in very professional manner. All I want to say is that, if you want peace of mind Tempco is the place to go!

They were easy to work with and flexible on timing and time to meet. They showed up on time. The work was great and easily resolved questions and problems.

We had a system installed by a local competitor two years ago. However after some issues with warranty repairs we have used Tempco. Their rates are reasonable and their customer service is spectacular. I'm glad to do business with them!

Great customer service! We have had the same technician service our furnace the past two years and he was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me some simple issues with my furnace so I don't have to call each time a minor issue occurs. I plan to continue using Tempco and I will recommend them to anyone needing heating /AC service.

Mark J was out to our home in the spring to repair our AC, very nice , on time, explained everything at that time. Also at that time suggested the check up for the winter. Happy we did, he came out (Mark J ) checked it all out and we are good to go for the winter. The times I have had to call Tempco for the AC they have always been very nice and get someone out to you as fast as they can. I would recommend them, and thumbs up on Mark J
