Total Hvac Repair is an outstanding company who answered my call immediately, came to do a complete mainentance on my AC and Furnace, I'm very satisfied with all of their work and professionalism as they completed a full System Health Report on my Furnace and AC. On the furnace they checked and clean Coil Condition, Blower Wheel balance, Dran pan condition, Cond. Plumb cleanliness, Contractor/Relay Condition, Electical connections, Fan Capacitor, SUrge Protector, Heater Operation & Safeties, Thermal Condition, Uncomfortable Rooms.
On AC checked full Condition, motor/blade, start kit, fan capacitor, Com. Cap. MFD, Total Amp Draw, Disconnect Condition, Surge Protector, Filter Drier condition, piping protection.
Finally, they installed new Ecobee Enhanced Thermostat which has great functionalities and connects to Alexa

Cesar is a very knowledgeable person and place me right away on its schedule. He changed my furnace which was blown during the ice storm on 2/23/2023 due to a power outage. 4 days later I have my house running again.

On 10/14/2022 it was below 45⁰f overnight and my heat stopped working was really cold in the house I called Total HVAC repair Inc. And Ceasar came out right away he inspected the furnace for no cost and said he needed to order couple sensors that were bad and said he will be back the following day before leaving he had managed to keep the heat running at a certain temperature which we were comfortable with, he came back the next day and put the new parts in and did a full through inspection and made sure everything was working properly.

I had Heater turned off in night, and my entire house was freezing. I called company and he answer my call immediately and he said he will come in 30 min. He was there on time and performed the repair. Very clean and perfect job. He gives honest suggession and he was taking every safe measurement.

These gentleman came and diagnosed my HVAC problem. A part needed to be ordered and within 24 hours my problem is fixed and my house is cooling of very nicely.

These men are extremely nice and they explain everything in ways people can understand the problem. They even showed me all along what is being done.

Professional, Reliable, Neat. Did everything as promised and more. I decided to take time for this review it is hard to find a real guy who you can trust both to do it right and not try to bankrupt you. He was doing work for insurance replacing all the ac units on the roof after fire, and i am glad i had his # when my old furnace had enough.

I greatly appreciate the help from Total Hvac Repair company for helping me solve the problem with my A/C unit. I highly recommend them. The prices are affordable and they were very much courteous and professional about their work.
