Excellent is how I would rate the promptness of service received after my furnace just stopped working in the middle of the night, and excellent is the knowledge and abilities of the technician, who was able to explain and quickly fix the problem. Thus once again Four Seasons reliably came to my assistance.

Carlos was my tech for my Four Seasons Furnace & Humidifier Tune Up … he was prompt, super nice and very polite. It was perfect. He was professional, honest, kind and left everything spotless. He checked everything in the building’s roof and took photos of the unit to show & explain everything to me. He honored the coupon for $89.95 for the check up plus I paid extra for the filter which definitely needed to be replaced. He did not try to up sell me, he just told me the facts. I would recommend you and use you again if I have a problem. I want to add that I’m a single recently disabled woman and trusting strangers in my home and with pricing is incredibly important for me. I will recommend them to everyone.

Had annual furnance check. Discovered my motor was bad. Able to get part shortly after tech left. Same tech came back and installed. Great employee and company.

Our ancient HVAC system has been on its last legs for a few years, and my experiences with Four Seasons has always been very positive whenever we've had tune-ups/service. Technicians that have come out have always been very courteous and friendly, and they go out of their way to explain what is being done and why.

The home heating was only staying on for a few minutes at a time. Four Seasons had a technician to the house within less than an hour and a half. The problem was fixed promptly and professionally, at a very reasonable price. Kudos to technician, Mike K.! Will gladly call upon Four Seasons for our next heating/AC needs.

I would like to say that Hector Vazquez was outstanding. He came out to fix our furnace, which kept turning on and shutting back down. He was preffesional, effective, and gave us extra tips on how to maintain our system clean.

Person came out, was able to identify the problem instantly and got us what we needed to know. We got a new furnace paid for on the spot and was installed quickly and professionally.

The biggest problem when it comes to voice menus I have ever had anywhere ever was using their new automated system. I swear to Jesus and I'm not even religious that it was so bad if I had not used em before and knew they were a good company I would not have gone through them.

I called them to schedule an appointment. Then the menu made 3 more calls and I had to repeat things 3 times to move on. Then 2 of those calls had hung up and left the end call tone ringing. This was utter horse crap but I knew their company well so I re-dialed and it was fine but if I was a new customer I'd go somewhere else and I wouldn't blame em

Dont let this make you think the company is bad but if you have problems with the automated menu you are not alone. The tech even said that was the second complaint that day on my caliber.

The response from 4 Seasons was quick, even though this was not an emergency. The repairman was friendly and professional. The work was successful and good advice given. I will use your company for my future needs.

We have moved twice and had two generators and 8 yearly maintenance sevices over the past 9 years with NWI Generator and have never had a problem.
Making the service appointment was easy and the service tech arrived on time, was friendly and very competent in servicing our Generator. 1 out of 10 they get an 11.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Hector when he came by today. I used to use a different company but Four Seasons was referred to me by a neighbor. The Service I used to use was twice the price.( I had a coupon today but the other company does not offer one). Hector took his time explaining the "ECHO" system to me which really helped. He did not try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your furnace/ac inspections.. My system is fairly( 3 years but I have just lived here for 1 yr.so far) new so it really helped to have him explain everything. Thanks again!!

I had a clog in my drain and met with 4 plumbers and none of them cleared my clog and restored flow. However Anthony from Four Seasons came out for a next day appointment and confidently assured me that he could remove my clog. He was patient and respectful and successfully removed my clog.
