I had the pleasure of Edwin Sanchez and his partner installing a backup pump and softener. He was more than accommodating and helpful. He went over and above to explain things and was very neat with the work.

Andrew A. did a great job repairing our toilet. He was prompt, efficient and professional.

Edgar was wonderful. He was a consummate professional: extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the process to us laymen; efficient and tidy; and very engaging with a great sense of humor. We were happy to have him in our home and extremely happy to have him fix our plumbing issues.

Really happy with the overall experience with the team. Starting from order intake to scheduling to the service performed. We had a failed sump pump which was replaced. Anna took the time to ensure that we were getting immediate service.

Awesome experience. J. Blanton and Arturo were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They installed a clean-out access in the front yard to properly hydro-jet root blocked sewer line when we learned that basement access was limited due to unusual configuration. The recommendation was smart and will save money to maintain proper water flow.

Arturo and crew arrived promptly and completed the job in two days as scheduled. He answered my many questions and seemed interested. Super nice guy.

Pricing was competitive. I thought it was a good value for the scale of the job.

Andrew and Enrique - very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of these two gentlemen. However, I felt the cost was very excessive, but with all the preventative information Andrew gave me I decided to go ahead with the service as I felt it would decrease the chances for any clogging issues in the future.

Josh’s service today went smooth when my drain needed to get rooted. He was thorough and efficient with the work on my single bath home. Thankfully it did not take all of our time, and the dogs seemed to like him as well. Overall, the estimate from his office and his service on the same day was satisfactory.

I have used J Blanton a half a dozen times at 2 different residences and they always respond quickly, schedule timely, arrive when expected and do a great job! Today we had AJ and he was very pleasant and performed the job quickly. Would definitely use them again!

John Hogan from J. Blanton came out to install our new reverse osmosis water filter and snake our kitchen drain. John was really courteous, professional, knowledgeable and proficient. He did an excellent job and was really friendly on top of all that! We love these folks and hope to use them again!
