This was our first time using Tom's. Super impressed! Very responsive, courteous, up front about cost upon arrival/assessment of job to be done, and very fair on price. Love that they let us know via text that plumber was on the way, arrived promptly for appointment time. We will be using them going forward for any and all plumbing needs (hopefully not too many, but glad to have someone local we know we can rely on!)

Mike was very professional!!! Great personality and completed disconnecting the plumbing in the kitchen sink. We’re having new kitchen countertops put in tomorrow. Then, Mike will be back to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Thank you!!!

Mike was great to work with and he greatly cares about his work. My home was very outdated plumbing wise and he completely modernized my home.

He did 2 toilet tune ups, 2 toilet shutoff valve replacement, 6 sink shutoff valve replacement, new shower tub spout, new laundry tub sink and new washing machine supply lines/valves.

I selected Tom's because they are a local small business with experience. Plumbing jobs in an old house can be challenging and produce surprises. Tom's provided great up-front communication, next day service with an experienced professional. Bob figured out the problem, addressed it appropriately, and dealt with the surprises. Tom's isn't the cheapest option, but most often you get what you pay for. I did.

Incredible. Bob showed up and looked over our system and set to work. He noticed that I had requested a 40 gal tank and it SHOULD have been a 50. (My mistake) He quickly swapped out the 40 for the proper 50 and installed it in short order. It was a windy day, and trash was blowing around the yard. He was out there picking it up because "I can't stand seeing trash blowing around"!!!! Wonderful quick service and he did a great job. I will call them again for my service needs.

Saved the day on Christmas Eve! My mom’s water heater went out and they were quick and professional in fixing it!

Mike was great. I was in a bind with a leak that required some maneuvering around in a tight space in the basement ceiling. He was quick, efficient, and very reasonable. The invoice included pictures so I could see what was done. Tom’s Plumbing will get the job done!

My mother's water heater reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. I called Tom's on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning to replace it. Our plumber, Bob, was incredibly nice and did an excellent job replacing the old with the new in a matter of 3 hours - and for a totally reasonable cost! And this company did a great job of communicating. I received a confirmation email with all of the details shortly after booking the appointment. Roughly 30 min prior to Bob's arrival, I received a text that he was on his way. As soon as I paid I received a detailed receipt and thank you text message. Would highly recommend!

We have had all positive experiences with Tom's Plumbing. I called today about a problem with a bathroom, and Bob from Tom's Plumbing was at our house within the hour. He quickly analyzed the problem, explained thoroughly what he was going to do, and advised me how to prevent the problem in the future. We have had this service at our home before and they have always done an excellent job. We highly recommend them!

I needed help quick and honestly had no idea what to do. My dad directed me to Tom's Plumbing Inc. for help. I got in contact with their office within 5 minutes of sending the email for help. Within about 5 more minutes i had an appointment scheduled with Mike. Mike came and performed a wonderful job in my mess of a basement now but clog fixed and i understand the problem now! Little did i know Mike was the actual owner of the company! Outstanding! Not many owners are getting dirty now a days. Great job, highly recommend, satisfied customer 👍 👏 Now if only roots would stay in the ground and out of the pipes! Thanks again Mike and everyone at Tom's Plumbing for the help! 😎
