My experience has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I've felt like I'm constantly being stringed along by staff who seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than delivering on promises. After placing an order for equipment and paying in advance two weeks ago, I've yet to receive it despite multiple assurances from various staff members that it was on the way. What's equally frustrating is their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my concerns.

Lackluster communication from the company fell flat, making a pricey purchase even more regrettable. Their customer support was similarly unimpressive, failing to offer assistance when issues arose shortly after buying something that didn't meet my expectations.
