My favorite part is that Jeff is willing to walk me through what he’s doing. It’s important to me to have the job done right and that’s what I got with Jeff. JSR just replaced our defective sump pump and back up system. They came out to diagnose our issue and installed the system in same week. Jeff was extremely courteous and responsive. We can rest easy knowing it's all properly installed plus the system is very quiet. Amazing advice and follow up.
