We had a contract with another company when our AC blew. The other company came out and asked for a huge deposit to get on their waitlist which would take two weeks, I called their corporate office to talk to someone to get it sooner and got their voicemail. So I called around and got to Eco, they had Ruben out in an hour to look at the unit and did a full replacement on the spot. We had a new AC unit before the other guys even returned my phone call. Eco earned a customer for life today.

I called in a service call for the companies central air conditioning that are all located on the roof of the building. Diego was very helpful and provided excellent service over the phone. He scheduled my service appointment which is unheard of on a 100 degree day. Ruben was on site at the time they said they would be there he quickly diagnosed the issue did an excellent job repairing the problem and submitted documentation with pictures on the findings of all 5 units. I’ve been looking for weeks for a company to come out and provide services and these guys did this in 1 day. Good price for last minute call.

I know have a contractor who will perform scheduled routine maintenance the way it’s supposed to be done.

They worked with me on making sure I could afford my very much needed install of a furnace and ac. During the estimate gathering stage, they were the first ones to let me know that my furnace at the time was too big for my house. They also were able to move up my installation which I greatly appreciated because we were without ac for like a week and it was about to warm up again. Looking to work with them again if anything else comes up.

Eco Air Pros installed a new furnace at my Roscoe Village single family house, never had an issue since then, their work is very neat and they respond immediately when I call for routine maintenance etc.

Eco Air Pros installed 2 new HVAC systems for us. We were looking to replace our HVAC equipment and quoted it with several firms. The Eco Air Pros team was led by Ruben and he did the initial quote and also helped perform the work. He was thorough and made good recommendations. I had a lot of questions during the selection process and during the installation and Ruben and Diego were always professional and complete in their analysis. UPDATE: We used Eco Air Pros again! This time for the installation of a mini-split system. Wow! Again, we are so impressed with the service we got from Marco and Ivan! This company is great and we would highly recommend them!

Scheduled 10/4 Saturday Very professional arrived ontime this guys Marco and Ivan did great job replacing my Furnace, AC and water tank, although the tank was defective no big deal for me had to wait Monday for the replacement and yes arrived ontime again this guys are really good Highly recommended Eco Air Pros..
And appreciate for taking all the old systems for free of charge.. this guys 👌
