My washing machine started making crazy noises. The technician arrived on time, opened it up, and found a sock jammed deep inside. Who knew that could cause such a mess? 😹

I had a damaged damper and detergent pipe in my washer dryer which was causing the water to backflow.
Aiba came out the day after I called which was Friday and diagnosed the issue in about 15 min. He came back in the Monday with the new parts and fixed it in about an hour. Left the place clean and so far the machine is running fine.

This company is the real deal. We came back from vacation to a fridge that was not cooling. Aina and team were able to get in and diagnose the issue the very next day and were back in to fix the problem the day after. They were very professional and priced well. Definitely recommend!

They came out the same day and were amazing. Didn’t charge for a diagnostic on my dishwasher at all. Also came out for my LG fridge on the same day, didn’t charge for the visit, they said they’d call and ask about warranty for me to save on the LG part. They were so nice, helpful, and explained everything to me. Appreciate them so much!

Aiba was a gem! Arrived on time, and took about an hour to diagnose my dishwasher issue. He was able to explain exactly what the problem was and multiple solutions. Ultimately the repair and parts would cost more than purchasing new so we’ll purchase new and call again to have this team install!

Sure Appliance Repair (Aiba) was able to efficiently and clearly explain the problems with my LG refrigerator on the first visit. Parts needed to be ordered and work was completed as soon as the parts arrived. Estimate was accurate and turned out a bit less as labor turned out to be less.
