This company reinvented how plumbing customer service is done!!! Jim, the plumber, came out on a Saturday night when we had a leak in the basement!!! Not only the was the service amazing, but the price was right too!!!!

Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He got us the system we needed the day we needed it. He patiently explained all of our options, and never tried to upsell or mislead us. This kind of service is far too rare in residential contractors. Ten out of ten would do again.

I highly recommend Baylor plumbing of Evanston I have been using them for years on all of my properties their rates are significantly less than their competitors and they always have availability same day I highly recommend this company I have used them many times and I assure you you will not be disappointed.

I had obtained 7 estimates before I called Baylor Plumbing company. Warren was the first one who really took the time to determine the source of my problem and provide a reasoned plan that was honest and made sense. All the others had conflicting and expensive estimates and pushed for the sale.

I manage a very large sized office building in Highland Park for a lot of specialty practitioners. I must say that the day I had called Baylor I really had a major dilemma. One of the main bathrooms had 3 clogged toilets that no plunger wanted to help with. When I had called Baylor plumbing, all of the staff were nice, helpful, and sincere. Right from the beginning until the end, Baylor made my life super easy!!!

Baylor Plumbing Inc. came out the same day and replaced our flapper which had gone bad prematurely. The owner of the company was more than accommodating to us and agreed to replace the part for free. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Discovered late this afternoon that we had a leak in the line leading into our house. We called several places and none were able to come out. One recommended Baylor Plumbing Inc., though, and they were able to get to our house within an hour and the leak was fixed an hour after that. Doc, the technician, was really pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. It was all no contact, important in this pandemic time, and all the people we dealt with were professional and personable. Would highly recommend Baylor Plumbing Inc., especially in an emergency.

I contacted Baylor Plumbing Inc. on Monday evening. They made an appointment for me right away for 11 the next morning. Jim the technician, got to my house at 10, an hour early. He was very friendly, polite, and personable. He went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong, including crawling underneath my mobile home searching for a leak. After all that it was determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. There was no charge and he moved on to his next appointment. I would and will recommend Baylor Plumbing Inc. to anyone in need of their services.

Greg from Baylor Plumbing Inc. was great. He came out and gave an estimate for replacing 4 old shut off valves at my condo. Their pricing was very good & service was excellent. If I ever need plumbing help again, I will be calling Baylor Plumbing Inc.!

Baylor Plumbing Inc. was very professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to replace our sewer pipes! Not a project a homeowner ever wants to deal with, they made it as easy on us as possible! Took extra care to explain exactly what they would be doing and protected our house from any more damage than necessary. All the guys were very pleasant and worked full days in 100 degree weather to complete the job as promised! I will be calling them again if I ever need any service they provide!!

Baylor Plumbing Inc.'s Greg was excellent. He arrived and provided a quote for replacing four of my condo's outdated shut-off valves. They had great service and extremely reasonable prices. I'll be contacting Baylor Plumbing Inc. if I ever require plumbing assistance again!

This is a fraudulent company, the reviews are fake. If you drive by their "address" it's a bunch of doctors offices.

Monday: I called to schedule a Tuesday 8am appointment- the plumber called me that afternoon to confirm the time. Great. Tuesday rolls around and no call... It's after 9am and multiple attempts that the plumber called back and said they were 45 minutes away due to last night emergency. Ok- things happen I can forgive. We rescheduled for Wednesday the next day at 8am again. Stood up once again. No calls. No communication. What a waste of my time.

They sent two plumbers to install a dielectric union on a 1 1/4 inch pipe. The two plumbers balked and were afraid of the job, and finally said they wouldnt touch it. They charged for the service call - $100 - even though they didnt do a thing.

I had another local contracting company who sent professional plumbers over. The two plumbers they sent asked what needed to be done, I told them, and they got started rifht away without saying a word. The job was no big deal to them at all - 45 minutes and they were done. The guys from Baylor said it woukd take hours and then decided they were too scared to try.
