Erlin was Very nice and friendly. He was Very detailed and explained the situation and process very well. Issue was resolved. Overall great experience.

I reserved my appointment online, When they called to confirm they were coming out, I had to reschedule—which we did for later that same day. Also, they sent the same tech who came out last time and that was really great. I got to see a familiar face and someone who actually knew a little bit about my house. The tech is excellent; he provides A+ customer service.

Eduardo was a god sent to me. His service was excellent. I enjoyed loved my experience with him. Roto-Rooter is so lucky to have an employee like Eduardo love him.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and proud of the successful job that was done. He explained everything that was being done and showed me everything that was done once the job was completed. Very smooth process.

I had a pipe burst late in Wednesday evening so I requested an appointment (via online) for the next morning. Chris B. arrived before our requested time and quickly evaluated the issue. He explained the fix and what the charges would be. He had us back up and working within an hour. He was very personable and professional. Thanks again!

Heto from Roto Rooter was amazing! We had a blockage of debris from both toilet buildup and sticks/twigs from storms, and he, with the assistance of a colleague, was able to clear everything within a few hours. I put a request in last night & Roto Rooter saved the day in less than 24 hrs. We have previously used this company, and with another great experience, we plan to use it again. He packed my old ejector pump up for me so that I could return it since it is practically new but the motor went out within months.

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter today. I called in the early afternoon and within a few hours my drains were cleared and operating properly. I can’t thank Bruno and Erlin enough for their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

Fast service, kept updated on status of technician. On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Took care of the issue, problem solved, if any issues come up in the future , would not hesitate to use roto again.

We had a clogged pipe and Sam came to clear the pipe. He was followed by James for the water mitigation assessment. Both men were knowledgeable, polite, courteous and friendly people. The prices were extremely reasonable and this was on a Sunday (on a holiday weekend). I absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

Eduardo #5256 did an amazing job at our home. He came and assessed the issue properly and fixed it quickly. I was afraid of some demo work needing to be done to complete the job, but he was able to do it without destroying the flower bed that our pipe was coming out of from outside. Amazing work and highly recommended.

This past weekend we discovered that our exterior Sewage line was broken and needed to be repaired. I called Roto Rooter and they had a technician out within an hour. After a diagnosis by fishing a camera through the sewage line they found the break. Well the next step that I was not looking forward to was the excavation that needed to take place. I was really worried about how my lawn and flower bed are was going to look after. A few days later after the permits were acquired the excavation team showed up and very carefully placed the back-hoe on our lawn. With care, they placed plywood on the lawn and slowly moved the back-hoe to the location where they needed to excavate. After finishing the work the I spoke with the excavation technician Matt. I explained that I was thrilled that my law did not have any damage at all and the only area that will need to be fixed was where the hole was dug to repair the sewage line. Matt and the entire team were very friendly and helpful and I would call Roto Rooter again if I needed any other work done. I really appreciate the care they took when servicing my home.
