Tommy was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, answer questions, and show me the pre & post work process. He had a trainee with him and both explained and demonstrated each step of the repair process to him , while providing positive feedback with hands on training. Would most definitely feel confident to have Tommy back on any job

Mike A came out and installed a shutoff valve on two of my water pipes. This required him to first totally shut off my water, but also the water of five of my condo neighbors, since we all share the same main water line. Fortunately, he worked swiftly and we ALL got our water back sooner than we expected
I am very happy with the work that Mike did this morning. I am planning another project for Classic Aire Care, and when the time comes, I would be pleased if it turns out that Mike A would be doing the work!

Brandon F arrived on time and completed the biannual inspection and cleaning of my HVAC efficiently. He patiently answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. A great experience and I highly recommend him and Classic Aire.

Had to call out a plumber for a minor repair. Benjamin arrived promptly and was very courteous. I explained the issue and he quickly resolved the issue. He was professional, yet personable and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him to any customer.

Vante, Nathan, David, and Ian were professional in every sense of the word in the two days they spent completely reinstalling the HVAC system in our attic.

Not an easy job by any means and each of them were friendly and got through the large amount of work in an amazingly short amount of time.

There was plenty of patience and time taken to walk through things before and after to ensure we knew exactly what was happening. Everything was clean and neat when they finished and of course the system purrs like a kitten.

Vince from Classic came out quickly to fix a problem with our humidifier. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what he found. He also explained options because he got it running but the problem is the thermostat may be failing. He explained what to look for and if we still have problems they will replace the thermostat. Appreciate his taking the time to explain everything and explain next steps if needed.

Chris is very informative and helpful. I appreciate his integrity if repairs are needed. He services our system on a regular basis and leaves us knowing that we are in good shape for the season's. I will always request him to come to our home.

I was very pleased with the work Brian provided for my A/C clean and check up. Classic Aire sends me the best personel. They are always polite, friendly and professional.

Brian diagnosed the problem and ordered the new high end blower motor for my high end htg & clg system. My furnace now works as it was new again. Brian is very customer service oriented and a true professional.Thank you for having staff and components readily available. The HVAC tech showed up on time, put booties on and was neat and efficient. He completed an excellent summary report and helped identify a potential problem which was corrected during the service. I am very well satisfied and recommend Eli and Classic Aire Care.

John is a very pleasant person who does his job very well. He double checks his work and doesn’t rush through the job. I feel confident in his ability to keep my steam boilers and radiators running smoothly.

Chase was my service representative. He was so polite and informative. He was able to answer all my questions, offer solutions to additional questions I had for him and just did an outstanding job, while at my home.

I would welcome Chase to be my representative each time. He was very professional in his work and conversations. It was reassuring and a comforting thought afterwards that I had the right person servicing and company, to make sure my home needs were taken care of. I was so confident I signed up for an extended service contract for next fall and summer.

Eric, who performed our service, kept us advised of his arrival, indicated the work he would perform, did an Excellent job of wintering our units, explained and showed what he performed, and asked if we had any questions, we did not.

Justin did a routine check up on our furnace. He was kind , well spoken , engaging and professional. We have used Classic Air in the past. I felt very comfortable with Justin as their representative.

Technician was knowledgeable and worked steadily on the job.
I was impressed with the review of work that was done when work was completed
The review was on each item he did. Listed was what they was done and what was found when item has been checked. What was impressive,pictures were taken of each part that showed the work after completion.
Was extremely pleased with the work done.

Drew L. with Classic Aire Care did a great job with my HVAC maintenance call. He contacted me before arriving and was prompt at the time he indicated he would arrive. He explained in detail the service he was going to perform and was very thorough in the inspection. He was efficient and represented the company well.

Brian S quickly identified the problem with my furnace and explained what he would do to fix it. He had it up and running in no time and the house began to warm up! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Brian asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I said I seem to have problems right before my maintenance appointments. He checked my account, said my plan was an old one and if I called the office they could update it to Classic. He also scheduled my next maintenance well in advance of hot weather. I appreciated his
