Greg did an excellent job of explaining what he would be doing which helped me shuffle dogs around to keep them out of the way. Process was smooth and straightforward.

Sam did a really great job putting life back into my heating system. It was a job that required a complete parts breakdown of the furnace before the installation of the new heat exchange assembly could be addressed, so labor was a big issue. Now, the repair is complete and I never realized just how minimized the prior system was until this new system kicked in. Nice and warm! Good job Sammie!!

Randy came out to deal with my issue. He was though, found the electrical issue and fix it!!!! So relieved! Would definitely use again. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision! I called in after-hours once I realized my ac was not working and I was able to be connected with someone who took my info down for a call first thing in the morning. And I was contacted to have a technician Cody come out that morning. Cody was super great at fixing the issue and explained things every step of the way. He was honest and went above and beyond to fix my ac unit! I appreciated having someone I can trust to fix my ac unit and even told him I’d like to have him come out again if I ever need any other service. Precision and especially Cody will definitely be getting my business for future needs!! Thank you, Cody and Precision!

Russell showed up in the time frame we were given. He was neat, professional, and was able to communicate what the issue with our ejector pump was. He fixed it, cleaned up, and was out in a timely fashion.

Martin explained what he did and showed us pictures of all furnace components. Our one furnace is in the crawlspace. Everything

10-26-2025 Called Precision today. Still had water leaking into our laundry room. Eric Carson was the technician, he went through our clean out with a camera and so far no leaks. He took his time and I never felt he rushed through. They have been great!

Stephen was very professional, patient, and efficient. Completed two plumbing jobs within my lunch hour during the work day. I felt like I could ask any question and was being heard and understood. Would definitely hire back for future work!

It was great to see that Michael was our technician today! He did a courtesy check of our water heater and all plumbing in the house. He helped us last year when we had severe plumbing issue. He worked SO HARD to find the what was wrong and corrected it. I have complete trust in him. He is patient, thorough, and very kind.

Randy did a wonderful job repairing my Generac generator. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & has a great work ethic.

Ray was here to give us an estimate for installation of our utility sink. He laughed at my jokes so I like him! Been using precision since 2007; good service, quality install, great people. I hate to recommend venders, but precision is my exception.
