Hill Group has been a cornerstone in Chicagoland's industrial sector for years. As the go-to HVAC supplier in Chicago, they tackle even the largest projects with ease. Their extensive team of specialists, from engineers to field technicians, sets them apart from the competition. For top-notch service that prioritizes professionalism and safety, Hill Mechanical is the clear choice.

John, Mike, and Nelson were courteous and helped me with a car jump-start. They were genuinely friendly and appreciated the chance to assist. A simple yet sincere thank you is in order for their kindness and efficiency.

Nice spot.

Pricier than expected, hired for just two light bulbs and a water heater.

The contractor was courteous during the initial quote process, but that's where the friendliness ended. Prices were sky-high, response times were sluggish, and every extra request came with an inflated fee. Their customer support was lacking, making minor design fixes at their own expense seem laughable.
-
The receptionist was extremely dismissive and unfriendly, making a poor impression of the company. Being kind to customers is basic, especially in a customer-facing role like directing calls.

I recently had a new toilet installed, which was supposed to be a straightforward process. However, the billing structure is overly complex and takes advantage of customers. The actual labor time was minimal, but I was charged two hours for that. What's really egregious is the "material pickup" time - 4 hours were billed for going to Home Depot, picking up just two items, on the way to the job. Given my property is only a 5-minute drive from the store, it's absurd to think they'd charge top dollar for such short commutes in suburban areas or even longer sightseeing tours of Home Depot.
