Our family continues to use Carrozza. We have since moved to a new house since the original review. We continue to get great and honest service from the entire team. We are always given options and piece of mind. Carrozza never pushes unneeded replacements or repairs. The quality of work whether water/wastewster or gas related is high end. We will continue to use R. Carrozza Plumbing for our needs.

Both times I’ve called Corrozza, I’ve gotten extremely fast service each time taken care of within a few hours. One time for a hot water heater replacement and the other for an ejector replacement. Great professionalism and workmanship.

R Carrozza is the most reliable, most trustworthy plumber I have worked with. I own a unit in a high rise in Chicago and I have used R Carrozza for multiple jobs, ranging from stopped sinks / toilets, to upgrading fixtures and to large renovations where I need to reroute pipes. They are the one plumber my homeowners association trusts and are super professional. I am grateful for their service and I am an extremely loyal customer. Don't hesitate - just book'em :-)

R Carrozza is awesome and has gotten us out of a couple jams with their professionalism and expertise! They provide service quickly and at a fair, affordable rate. Chris is also very kind and explains plumbing issues well. He just replaced our garbage disposal quickly but diligently. Problem solved! Highly recommend.

R. Carrozza has been my one and only plumber for a decade. They won me over on a ‘second opinion’ call after another company wanted to replace my entire sewer line to the street. You can imagine what that would cost and it was my very first house, which was really scary. Carrozza was recommended to me by the owner of another reputable plumbing company in the area who didn’t service my address. Carrozza came out and rodded the line—it wasn’t easy but they stuck with it and cleared it. No sewer line replacement!

I tell that story to people all the time because it demonstrates the importance of finding the right company’s to service your home. The stakes are high especially with plumbing. They need to be knowledgeable and honest. My first call with Carrozza convinced me of that and they’ve consistently delivered the same service for a decade.

We recently had a problem with our kitchen sink drain and a friend recommended R Carozza. Service was impeccable. Ricky and Pedro were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They addressed not only the immediate drain issue but also several other connections that were originally installed incorrectly. And, they cleaned up - something so many contractors fail to do. We were extremely pleased with the work. This company is now the only plumber we will use!

I have used Carrozza Plumbing several times. John is very good. Recently, I needed a basement shower drain moved for a repair. I was charged $2875 for this job. I feel taken advantage of.
