Garrett was very professional and did a great job explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done with me on the phone. He explained everything the same way he did to my wife since we both couldn't be home! I also didn't get the name of the gentleman that installed our new system and took the old one out but he did a great job as well! Cleaned up after and did a great job! Needed a new furnace and AC unit outside and it was installed the next day! Great service and everything was a smooth process from the initial set up appointment to the install! Great company and people! Highly recommend using them!

AC quote from Jake went really well. He went over everything that needed to be done in detail. Very knowledgeable and professional, I learned a lot. Provided several options and the pros and cons of each. Worked over the various options to present the best pricing. Follow up call to see if I had any questions or concerns.

Technician was prompt and polite. Price was much more reasonable than some other quotes.

I purchased a furnace last November from G & R Heating and Air. It was an emergency weekend call. Not knowing that I received a complementary service plan with purchase! They called me to schedule a maintenance service on my air conditioner. The service technician Adam, arrived right on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with his honesty and professionalism. We made the right decision with G & R Heating and Air!

I found G & R Heating and Air through a quick Google search, and I was really impressed by how easy it was to schedule service. I was able to get an appointment within just 3 hours on the same day, which was a huge relief. I also appreciated the text message letting me know the technician was on the way.

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the HVAC system back up and running in just a few minutes after replacing the fuse and contactor. While I did feel the pricing was a bit on the high side, it was convenient that he had the necessary parts ready to go in his truck—no delays or extra trips.

Overall, great service and fast response time. Would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Awesome service! My HVAC unit started experiencing problems during a heat wave and I wasn't sure what the issue was. I made an initial appointment with the company at 10:00 PM on a Wednesday and they called me within 15 minutes to get me on books for a repair the next day between 1 - 3 PM. Our technician (Mike Mayenschein) showed up at 12 PM which was way ahead of schedule, walked my wife and I through the issue swiftly, was very articulate and detailed, and completed the fix within a hour. All around, very satisfied with the work that was done by the team at G & R. Would highly recommend the service to other friends and family.

Adam came a looked at a furnace issue I was having. Issue was quick solution but he went above and beyond to make sure time wasn’t wasted giving me valuable info about my furnace, hvac, etc.

Our Ecobee thermostat alerted us to a hike in temp and humidity, plus we could feel it on a hot 96 degree day. The Trane air conditioner was blowing air through the ducts but stopped cooling. I called G&R for help. The office manager sent Adam C and he arrived in just under 2 hours. He discovered that the capacitor had blown. He showed me the damage caused by the relentless heat wave in our area. Adam cooled the outside compressor and fan. Then installed a new capacitor. All fixed in under 5 minute. Many thanks to him and everyone else at G&R!

I just had a new furnace installed recently by G & R heating & air and the entire process was great! They were on time and finished early!! They were very friendly and answered all of my questions along with some extra information!! They cleaned up everything before leaving!! They were quick and very pleasant to work with, but most importantly everything was done correctly and up to code!! I was extremely satisfied and I’d 100% recommend them for anyone who is need of a new furnace or repairs!!!!

Of course, it’s never a good time when your AC goes out on one of the hottest days in the summer. Though the heat was brutal, G & R responded to my needs with available options and was able to immediately come in to install a new unit the next day. I am very grateful and satisfied with the work that was completed.

Jake showed up on time, was able to locate and fix the issue promptly and was able to work quietly while the kids were sleeping. Very friendly and informative, would definitely use again!

The technician was very knowledgeable and quick with my inspection amd repair. I also really appreciated him letting me know about the annual plan which saved me money.

Professional and timely. My tech, Aurelius, identified the issue quickly and had the unit working in 30 mins. He answered all my questions on the unit and purchasing options on a new AC without trying to sell anything. They were quick to come out on the weekend at the last min when my AC went out and another company, ABC, canceled their scheduled appointment at the last min. They made a loyal customer.
