AC unit stopped blowing cold air And superior was out the next day to get a recharge done and now things are nice and cool again. Excellent response time and extremely good rates and comparison to some of the other larger shops in the area.

Jay was great explaining to me what he did and suggesting the best ways to maintain my furnace.

Was looking to solve my non working air conditioner. Jay came out right away and suggested an alternative to replacing my whole system. We felt he was honest & trustworthy which is what you want when dealing with any home repair.

It was nice to meet the new owner of Superior. After 30+ years with the previous owner I didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with Jay. I really don't know where to begin here but I will start by thanking Superior Heating and Cooling in Gilberts. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty to diagnose our issue. With his help and assistance, the calvary of people that came to our rescue and into the middle of the night was all due to the prompt service call and dedication to diagnose our problem. Jay's follow up at 7am the next morning to make sure we were doing okay not only proves professionalism and dedication but also compassion for his clients. He will be our go-to company going forward and I can't thank him enough!
