Great response time. The work was done at a reasonable price and the problem was fixed.

Coldest night in 34 years. Furnace wouldn't ignite. Called this number and the guy was here in 5 minutes and my furnace working in 6 minutes. Can't beat that.

The owner, Frank and his colleague, Alex came out to install a sink, garbage disposal, and vent hood. Also, they replaced a leaky outdoor spigot and a leaky faucet. They are very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for their great work, service, and price.

I broke my toilet’s compression valve and had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called JR Plumbing and they were so kind to fit me into their busy schedule the same day.

They arrived ahead of schedule and were able to make the fix with the correct valve almost immediately.

Twice now JR Plumbing has got me out of a jamb in emergency situations. I had a collapsed sewer line under my basement floor and they were able to identify the problem and repair it quickly (and patch over the foundation floor). Would recommend as they are trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Excellent service. Came out quickly to repair boiler during first cold day of the year. Expert rapid repair at a reasonable price. Also happily provided expert knowledge regarding other plumbing questions. Will use again for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Simply has one sump pump setup that was not right for the size of my house. 2 other plumbers checked our setup and immediately saw the flaws! They cost me a pretty penny.

I recently discovered JR Plumbing was called to a neighbors house. She is 82 yrs old and she is my friend. She called them for a leaky faucet. The faucet still drips, and they sold this lady a new water heater and toilet. The lady did not need a water heater or a toilet. She is now on the hook for a monthly payment of $116 plus change for 4 years. this lady only makes $991.00 a month. and now $116+ goes to Jr Plumbing. this is a disgrace to take advantage of the elderly. this lady needed her old toilet which flushed better than these new 1.28 gallon toilets that plug up, not to the mention she needs that $116+ a month to survive. I wont ever call JR Plumbing. My friend is disabled and 90% deaf. dont call them for your aging parents or friend. I accidentally called them for HVAC service call before I knew the above situation. The tech they sent out had 3 yrs experience. I had an exhaust leak. he attempted to check out my furnace by blowing white powder into the heat exchanger. he then told me my furnace was so bad he was afraid to work on it. the white powder is a bogus test. all you have to do is insert a fireplace match into each heat exhanger and watch the flame. another company found the exhaust leaks - 3. My furnace is still going strong.
