Pacific Electrical Contracting were very professional and easy to setup an appointment. The electrician was very professional, knowledgeable and completed the projects on the same day as the initial appointment. He walked me through everything and answered my questions diligently. We will be using this company in the future!

The team did an awesome job! I called around 10 a.m. and the electrician was here within a few hours on the same day. He assessed my situation and explained all of my options to me. I selected the best option for my situation and he installed the things I needed done quickly, and for a fair price. I definitely recommend!

Felix very was professional, efficient, and a great communicator. He diagnosed a complex problem that ended up to be the thermostat and replaced it quickly. He also simplified the wiring and explained it in detail to me so that I'll have a chance to troubleshoot any problems in the future. He had an assistant with him who was also courteous and professional. Pacific Electrical Contracting both were upbeat and friendly and had a good sense of humor.

Pacific Electrical Contracting was found on Google and I contacted them to schedule an appointment. The technician was quick to answer and arrived at the agreed-upon time and date. He was friendly and competent. To spread out the load, he built an additional junction box and wire, as well as a correct bridge between the modern copper and original aluminum wiring. It's been done quite professionally. There are no exposed cables, which is incredible!!

Felix was the electrician who showed up when I called Pacific Electrical Contracting. I was very impressed that he was punctual and was able to determine where the problem was with the wiring very fast. He showed the highest level of electrical work knowledge. I was surprised that the job was completed in short time than I had expected and the price was also favorable, I would recommend them to anyone.

Felix is awesome. Very professional yet friendly. On a large job like I needed, he showed me the options with pros, cons, and costs. Never a hard sell. I won't hesitate to call Pacific Electrical Contracting. I may have been able to get the job done cheaper, but the comfort of getting only what I needed and getting it done right was worth it.

We had a strange electrical problem that we couldn't figure out. Turns out it was a common problem and Felix was able to fix it quickly. Felix is the most dependable and trustworthy contractor we have ever had. His prices are fair and he goes above and beyond to do the job right. Two thumbs up!

DO NOT USE! I called them on a Friday. Hung up mid call. I called them back, they had to reconnect me to my agent. 30 minutes later, he said he could see me later that afternoon, so I raced home from work and moved furniture to be ready by 530PM. He didn't show, but they said they'd called him and he was on his way. 6:30 came. I called. He was on his way, and I was within ("my 3 hour window") so I had nothing to worry about. At 8:30 PM they finally admitted that they were just an answering service, and the nameless "technician" hadn't been responding to messages. If you need to cancel, I'll understand, but stringing customers along is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I basically took off from work and blew 4 hours for nothing. Worse than simply not answering the phone. :-(
