We had Glenbrook install a new sump pump in December and they did a great job! They were quick & efficient with everything from an estimate to installation. Today they came out to clear out blockage of our line and once again they were quick & efficient! We highly recommend using Glenbrook Plumping!

Did work as directed by me and involved me with appropriate questions. Clean out drain lines to bathroom sink and tub plus house sewage line. Price very fair. Showed up on time and worked entire time. They will return to finish job/

As always Rob the tech was courteous and knowledgeable.

They cleared several drains over the last 7 years, they do my backflow test annually, replaced a couple of spigots and installed a new valve. Excellent work at a fair price. Today it was a shower head problem, faucet repair and sump pump check. Can’t say enough about the quick setvice and quality.

Overall a 10/10 experience throughout the whole process. From initial contact to providing the quote and to finally installing the new water heater. Everything was handled professionally. So glad I listened to my neighbor’s recommendation and choose to work with them. Thanks again!

What I thought was going to be a couple thousand dollar tear down drywall repair turned out to be a simple leak at a basement toilet. A few new bolts, a supply line and a new flapper and viola! No more leak!!! What a great experience!!!

Again great service! Tyler & Elias surveyed my issues, completed inspection, tested existing sump pumps, looked inside, outside and really could not fine is fine. a cause of my minor backup. I’m comfortable that my system.

An “Emergency” turned into a “No Problem”! A small leak developed on Saturday night; we turned off the water to the commode, but it kept leaking a small amount. We kept towels on the floor waiting til Monday morning. Called at 8:01a and asked for our favorite technician to come, thinking it would be the end of the week. We were surprised and happy when they said he’d be over in the early afternoon. Diagnosed and repaired in the first 30 minutes. Glenbrook Plumbing is our go to service provider!!

The plumber was sent out an hour after I called & took care of the clogged bathroom sink drain.

The five stars are for the thorough, careful, efficient, and polite work by the technicians. They have been here before and are very reliable, show up on time, and generally are reasonable.
I would rate the original assessment/observation a little lower. I bought a vanity that was six inches too small. I also felt the cost of a second technician (necessary but several hundred dollars more) should have been addressed. He did remind me to buy a faucet separately and was accurate as to the time needed. I think we both should have asked more questions, but the guys who came out here did a great job.
