Recently needed ac service on our old and heavily used unit. Koesterer responded quickly to online request and came out the next day. The technician was professional and friendly. He did just what he needed to do and did try to "upsell ", which was very nice. Overall a great experience. AC is working fine now and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend Koesterer for any hearing/cooling needs.

Returned call after hours and set up appointment for the next morning! Hot 103* temperature caused our AC to fail. The job was completed and we have a working unit.

I had a issue with my system and got an appointment the very next morning. Ryan showed up for the job as scheduled. He was most professional, courteous and efficient. I don’t know much about HVAC systems but he explained how everything worked and gave tips on maintenance. I will definitely request service again this fall.

Purchased a 92 year old house and needed the furnace replaced. It was very cold out side and a pipe had busted in the basement. They were able to come out within 24 hours and replace the furnace. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my situation. Definitely recommend!!!

Fan on outside AC unit went out in the morning. Called Koesterer and they sent a technician out within 4 hours of my call. Technician was excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable and replaced the fan in less than an hour. I have used Koesterer for over 20 years and this is why, they respond to the needs of their customers. Great company.

Called them and explained my furnace was not working properly and Jim was super nice in the phone and got someone to come to my house the next day. Mark came to the house and explained everything in detail. Making sure we had to further questions. Highly recommend them!

Had some carbon monoxide issues with my gas water heater that resulted in the fire dept responding to my house.
They shut the gas off and required a repair before it could be turned back on.
I call Koesterer the next morning.
They were here quickly, diagnosed the issue and made repairs. The final cost was actually lower than the estimate they initially provided.
They took the time to do the job with minimal impact to my home, were very cognizant of cleanliness and not making a mess and explained everything as they progressed.
It is very important to me to know the repair is not only being done by a knowledgeable guy but also that they aren’t gouging the price due to an emergency or charging for unnecessary repairs.
They will continue to be my “go to repair/maintenance shop.

I could not be anymore pleased with the service these guys do. They kept my old system chugging along way past it life expectancy until I was ready to replace it. They put in new furnace and air, ran more air ducts and added a cold air return into an addition we had done. Today they came out to my daughters place and fixed her air conditioner. Thank guys.

We lost cooling after we had already scheduled an appointment for another issue. I was very pleased with the time frame they arrived and the friendly, yet professional experience with their service person. He was able to determine the problem and get our air restored quickly. Excellent customer service and business. They're are so professional, patient, and understanding. I had them come out and look at an old furnace of mine and yes it was broken.
