I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company, starting from an initial positive interaction with Dan, who called to let me know they'd still arrive despite being late. However, subsequent experiences have left me questioning their credibility.

After purchasing a new furnace, I lost money on it, and the technician has been repeatedly pushing back scheduled appointments, citing unavailability due to being "really busy." This pattern of behavior has become increasingly frustrating. A few weeks ago, Dan promised to follow up with a call to reschedule, but he never did.

I recently sent him a text inquiring about canceling service with another company and was met with complete indifference. The lack of response or courtesy is appalling. I would strongly advise against hiring this technician – he's skilled at making excuses without delivering results.
