In the end, the guys (and gals) from Best Comfort made the best out of a bad situation. The techs showed consistent integrity in the face of a complicated furnace repair/replacement. Brian did a great job installing the furnace and went above and beyond by coming back a few hours later to troubleshoot an additional issue. Trey was equally as helpful, making multiple trips and phone calls himself. The folks at Best Comfort have customer service at the forefront of their work and really go above and beyond.

Trey and his team did a wonderful job installing a new Goodman Furnace and AC unit. Best Comfort Heating and Cooling was very responsive after our 16+ year old AC unit went down. The new unit works great and is much more quiet than the old one. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Trey!

Best service all around! My air conditioner went out in the evening on a hot Sept.1st Labor Day weekend. Not knowing who I should call, I began searching online for a company that was close to my home and thta had good reviews, I found Best Comfort and decided to call and glad I did. The lady who answered my call said the tech would be dispatched to my home between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. Just prior to 8:30, the tech, Roger, called and said he was on his way. He promptly arrived at 8:30, assessed the unit, replaced the part, checked the freon level and was gone in less than 25 min. I could not be happier with the speed of service, the professionalism that Roger exhibited, and the quickness of the repairs. Cannot thank you folks enough! That is truly great customer service!

Completed annual ac cleaning. Had Trey in Crest Hill today. Very happy

Trey came out the same day, within an hour or so, and repaired the problems we were having with our furnace. The furnace has been working wonderfully since repaired.
He was very friendly and informative regarding furnace and heating questions.
He spent time answering all of the questions we had.
Would definitely use Best Comfort again in the future, should we have any heating or cooling problems.
Highly recommended!

I choose this company based on the excellent rating. I was skeptical what company gets all 5's. I have to say I also give this company 5 stars. In the busy summer Trey called me within 20 minutes just to say he got my message. He called again find out what my problem was. It was already after 5 when I realized I needed help. I did not think he could come that night. He was on his way to another call. He was here the next morning. He has been wonderful. Fixed an easy problem and price was not terrible. I recommend him to anyone.

I Just had to write this to tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful service that your Trey did when he came out to my house to fix my heat. Not only was he prompt, but very courteous and had my heat working again in a very timely manner..very professional. I know too many times people write to complain about someone, but not enough people write when someone went above and beyond what their job entails them to do and I really feel like Trey went beyond what was expected of him. Thank you again and I will definitely be calling your company if I need any work in the future and I'll also be telling my friends and neighbors.

We were freezing in the dead of winter, we found Best Comfort heating and cooling and read the great reviews. Gave them a call and within hours we had somebody out here. We had a great guy named Trey come out and explain everything to us, unfortunately we needed our furnace replaced. He made sure we made the right choice for us, not only for good quality but something we could reasonably afford. He was unavailable for the install but we had two other men that came out and had us toasty warm after only a two hour installation. We would definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Thanks again BEST COMFORT. : )

On one of the hottest days of the year my air conditioning stopped working. I called Best Comfort and in less than 2 hours Josh came out and fixed the problem. Josh the tech was very nice and explained everything. I will definitely use this company again & refer family & friends. Thanks to Josh & Best Comfort for a job well done.

I have had a furnace and air conditioner installed by Best Comfort this year. Trey and his team did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to deal with. Their pricing for the products they install and the work they do represent a great value. They gave me the most for my money. I highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning installation and repair work needed.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from both Trey and Brian. My furnace quit working late at night and within an hour Trey was at my door. Unfortunately, I needed a new furnace as mine was beyond repair, and Trey took the time to explain to me what was wrong which was greatly appreciated. The next morning, Brian arrived within half an hour of me calling to let someone know I was home to install the furnace, humidifier, and new thermostat. When he was finished, he took the time to explain how everything works. He also gave me a great quote to replace the air conditioning when it gets warm. Nobody likes these kind of expenses, but after 20 years, I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. Thanks to Trey and Brian it wasn’t a painful experience! I would definitely recommend using Best Comfort to anyone!

Very responsive, and came out late at night. Continuing service and follow ups are great, and Trey has personally come out with any questions we had regarding the service. Prices are not the bottom, but for the service provided, we felt the price was fair; it is great to have somebody we can trust in the house, and have the luxury of knowing we can call at any time and get professional service/advice. Really great service that was fast and friendly. Trey communicated with me every step of the way and was honest with all the repairs and ultimate replacement that was needed for my boiler.
Losing heat in the middle of winter is already a stressful enough situation, so to be able to call someone that's understanding and friendly, definitely helps to ease the situation. Trey came out to my house and gave me a quote, within about an hour. After ordering the boiler that evening, he and his crew were out to install it the following day. Installation was smooth and the work was top notch. You could tell that the guys cared about the quality of their work. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs heater repair service or replacement. At the end of the day, having to replace a boiler, is already stressful and expensive, so when the company that's doing the work is friendly and reliable, it makes all the difference.

I can't speak well enough about Trey and his team at best comfort. There we were, 30 below zero in January and the furnace went out. I found Best Comfort through the internet. Trey came out saw how much work we needed to have done because we found out the central air unit went out as well, took compassion and had one of his men get right out and begin working. Tom stayed until 1 am getting us back in business, and warm, Thank Goodness!

they are professional, extremely courteous, and will stay with you through the entire process..from diagnosis to completion.

Again, I highly recommend Trey and his team, for me and my family they truly were lifesavers in January.

My furnace went out yesterday and I called the previous repair person and received no call back. I looked online and found Best Comfort and the website stated that they were open 24/7. I called at 11 am Saturday morning and was told that a tech would be out between 2-3 pm on Saturday afternoon. Trey showed up within the hour time frame and checked out the furnace. He explained what was wrong and stated that my best option would be to replace my furnace. I knew the furnace was older but not sure how old as I just moved in the house two years ago. Trey was very nice and explained everything and answered all the questions that I had. Trey stated that they could come and replace my furnace on Monday. He fixed it so that it would run until Monday. About an hour and half after he left, the dispatch office called and stated that a tech could come out and replace the furnace between 6-7 pm Saturday night. Brian Lain was the tech that came out to replace the furnace. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to replace the furnace. He explained the warranty, cleaned up his mess and checked to make sure that the furnace was working properly. Both technicians and the dispatch were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.

Couldn't ask for better service from a better company. Best Comfort exceeded any expectations. What was meant to be MY project, turned out to be my disaster, and destroyed my furnace on a Sunday evening. I called a few places and each told me i had to wait. Trey on the other hand, took time from his personal schedule to come out on a Sunday evening to save my tail from the gases blasting flowing through my vents. He was out the next morning, to clean the furnace out and get my heat going before the night's freeze. I must add that this was on one of the coldest nights of the year. Not only did BC save my butt, but they also saved me some cash. Their prices were the best offered, and the crew that did the work were great as well! Because of the quality of work, i also had them replace the AC.I am now up and going with new Heat and AC and couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this awesome team!! They are great, affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and just an all around fantastic experience. Will undoubtedly go to them for any future needs.

Great experience for me personally.. dealt with 3 companies last week.. the last one was this company.. I'm glad i called this company.. Very happy and satisfied with the service!! Lloyd and Matt came to my house installed an AC unit this past Sunday.. these guys were honest and professional.. Saved me a few $$$ because they saw that my coils were new and didn't need replacement and they told me upfront instead of just changing it and keeping the extra $$$.. its hard to find honest people nowadays.. also, i was with them the whole time of the install and i witnessed a very systematic install which is great and i could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing. For me, this is the only company i will be calling and would probably always request for Lloyd even if i have to wait.
