I was really happy I hired TEPA Landscaping. I hired them to do some paver patio work and landscaping around my backyard in Lockport. TEPA gave a fair price and got the work done pretty quickly. Ray was helpful with suggestions and keeping the project moving. The landscaping crews were nice to work with, and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire TEPA Landscaping again for my next project and recommend them everyone.

TEPA's work is absolutely amazing craftsmanship! I cannot recommend a finer company when it comes to superb craftsmanship, service and reliability. I have referred Ray Plasencia and his crew to many friends and relatives and they never disappoint. TEPA built my brick paver patio, stairs, and walkways and after 9 years (and several River floods) they look as new as the day Ray's team built them! They have held up beautifully despite times that the Kankakee River has risen and rushed through the patio and stairway. You will be extremely happy with TEPA.

Tepa landscaping has the best landscapers around. Jose does a great job leading the group. He is very friendly, understanding, and reliable. He always puts his customers first and his workers are hard working individuals. I recommend Tepa landscaping to anyone who is looking for a change in their yard. They WILL NOT disappoint!

Tepa went above and beyond their service. My retaining wall and stairs are beautiful! The workers were very professional, hard working and respectful. Every detail was covered from start to finish. This will be enjoyed for years and I truly appreciate all their hard work.

Ray has worked with our family on multiple projects. Now, I have my own home, and any project I have, I talk to Ray. He has great, creative ideas, is reliable, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the work he has done, including trees, mulch, and edging. Highly recommend him to everyone I know that is considering landscaping.

TEPA Landscaping did all of our edging and mulching and then some. The team was prompt, eager to work. They worked long hours. My husband and I are very pleased with the professional look of our property.

Tepa Landscaping recently completed an approximately 600 square foot, 2-level paver patio and pavilion at our home, as well as removing a couple of bushes & installing plants and stone around our home. We could not be happier! Joe presented a vision to us as to what the completed project would look like. We have to say….he knocked it out of the park! The lighting at the steps, walls and inside the pavilion look great at night. Joe is very professional and easy to deal with. He treated our job as if it were his own home. His crews are some of the hardest working people around. They picked up at the end of every day and were very pleasant to work with. The cost was a very fair price too! We could go on and on. Suffice it to say, you will be extremely happy with Tepa Landscaping & the work that they do. We would definitely hire them for another project. We highly recommend them for any hardscape or landscape jobs you have. You will not be sorry.

My wife & I reached out to a few different landscape companies to inquire about installing a paver patio in our backyard Spring of 2020. Right from the start Ray was very attentive to our needs and not only presented the best design based on what we were looking for, he was also very honest, professional and reasonably priced. Ray and his crew not only had to work during high heat days in the heat of summer in July, but they also did everything by hand and used wheel barrels in our yard so they wouldn't destroy anything. We are VERY happy and impressed with the patio and surrounding landscape, even our neighbors love it. After our patio was installed, we reached out to Ray a few months after to have him install some additional landscaping and he was very responsive and once again helped us. We LOVE working with Ray and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone. We plan on continuing to use him for any additional needs we may have.

BEST. DECISION. EVER! I'm thrilled with our project that was completed today! We worked with Ray to design, discuss and create the project and he was absolutely OUTSTANDING! So kind, so respectful; so prompt, so understanding and NOT PUSHING AT ALL! He understood everything I asked and never made me feel like any question was annoying. He gave me ideas and helped me to add on things that we were not originally going to do! NOW for the guys that worked here for the past week; OMG; they are the nicest, kindest, hardworking men I have seen in a long, long time. They were so gracious for everything! I tried to make them feel at home always and they were here early every day; always ready to work and work HARD! They were understanding if I had a question; and just amazing and so, so kind. We had different guys here for the weekend and I was JUST as pleased; the entire staff is outstanding and you will NOT be disappointed should you hire them. I did get other estimates and they beat those estimates by A LOT and the work was SUPERB! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We seriously cannot thank Tepa Landscaping enough for the experience we received while using their services. We worked with Ray on basically gutting the front yard, installing sod, new garden beds, tree and shrub installation, rock removal -- the works. At that point we'd already received some quotes, but nothing stuck until we met Ray. What we loved most is that Ray was so patient with us, and even though we couldn't make up our minds and asked to revise our design at least 3 times, he still gave us prompt responses and a new quote turned around in less than a few days. He also was very real with us about our choices, giving us the pros and cons based on experience. When you're investing in your home, you don't want a "Yes Man", you want professional expertise and that's exactly what we recieved. We gave Ray some autonomy with the design and he absolutely blew us away. He even transplanted shrubs from our previous attempts at renovating the lawn which meant so much to us. The pricing and responsiveness was phenomenal. It's honestly still a shock that we ended up with a gorgeous front yard for what we paid. We're recommending Tepa to all of our friends and family, and if we could give this company 10 stars, we would.

I hired this company for a backyard project. They did pavers, a gas firepit area and an outdoor kitchen for me. I specifically worked with Ray. Ray and his guys were nothing short of amazing!

They were professional, respectful and hardworking. They started the job when they said they would and finished within the time frame they provided. Ray always answered when I called and always addressed any changes/concerns I had. I can’t praise them for their hard work and professionalism enough. I highly recommend them!

Ray was wonderful! Answered all of my questions. When other companies would not show up for quotes or email back Ray went above and beyond. We did a border around the driveway and edging all along the landscaping. Turned out beautiful. Great company and great people!
