We had an exceptional experience with this company. Dan arrived right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with our water softener. We chose to replace it as it was nearing 15 years old. They had the new one in stock and another employee brought it right over and they installed it right away. They did an extremely professional job with the new installation and replaced the old lines with new copper piping. They were right on target with the pricing and did the complete job a bit under what we expected to pay. The job was flawlessly cleaned up and they were both extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend PDM to anyone. They are a rare gem in the field and we now have a great go to company for future needs. Dependable and honest, we are totally satisfied with their work.

We are first time home owners and have only been in the Joliet area for 6 months.
The dispatcher was amazing to talk to her, gave me worst case scenario as far as price was concerned.she even tried to see if she can get the plumber here sooner but I was available all day.
Anthony ended up coming earlier than what was expected, which was fantastic. Anthony was/is very knowledgeable, quick, professional and cleaned up everything quite nicely. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the work as well as the price. it wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be considering he had to cut old piping and put in some new PVC piping...very pleased and will call PDM plumbing again..

Dan and Mike were very professional, on time, and their training in their trade shows. I am very satisfied with my new hot water heater. The install went as planned.

Chris installed my furnace and AC system. He, too, was on time and very professional. He made sure the unit was operating within its proper parameters. He explained the operation of my new thermostat and informed me of when to change the air filter.

When project was finished, all areas were cleaned up. Nothing was left behind. I highly recommend PDM to my neighbors and friends. I will only be dealing with PDM for my future mechanical needs. Thank you for a job well done.

PDM, Brandon, arrived at my home at the time they indicated. The service technician was professional and polite. He quickly assessed the air conditioner issue and effectively was able to fix the issue. Truly grateful for his help today.

Our Heating Tech was Chris Gregory. He has done work for us a few times previously, and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Our furnace is nearly 20 years old, and believe he is a big part of the reason it is still running smoothly.
Don’t know exactly what he did this time, but it felt like the furnace was definitely working more efficiently than before the tuneup.
I have recommended PDM to a few of my neighbors. Your dispatcher Christina was able to schedule a Plumber for one of them on the same day. My neighbor was also pleased with the job done by Pete.

Had a leak behind my shower. Called and guy was out next morning and done by 1030am. Was friendly, efficient and fast. Cant ask for more then that! Will use PDM in future!

Pete did a thorough and complete job on a repair that was larger than we could handle. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was a pleasure to work with. Pete did the job as if it were in his own home, carefully attending to details. And our dog fell in love with him! Beautiful, excellent work. Will definitely use PDM again.

Brad Kenny, is another excellent PDM plumber. He has 30 years experience! He tightened my RO water faucet, at the kitchen sink, that I totally loosened by not using the right tool. He also tightened the pfister cold/hot under sink lock nuts in my bathroom. Brad is a fine trusted plumber! I will buy Moen fixtures next time!

I have used PDM for years and the service is always great. I had a number of repair jobs this time and Anthony tackled them all quickly and very professionally. He also took the time to explain everything to my husband (who learned a few plumbing tips!)

Mr. Moon came out to fix a leak in my church's boiler piping. Much of the pipe was hidden under a concrete slab floor. Mr. Moon methodically evaluated my system and solved the problem with his vast experience. He was very professional as he brought to my attention additional items that affected the system that needed more attention.
Everything is running fine now and thankyou PDM for your integrity.

John Moon is always a prompt, friendly and most knowledgeable professional. I know I can count on him to make the correct diagnosis and solve the problem. He has completed a variety of work at our house and we have always been very pleased.

I contacted PDM after an estimate from another company I felt was too high for the repair needed. The friendliness of the lady in the office (sorry, but I can't remember her name) when I first talked with, who apologized for having to reschedule my repair, but she made sure that I was the first job of the day. Now that is great customer service! To John who came to fix my leak. He was on time, very professional and he repaired the leaking valve quickly. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be giving my business to PDM.

Brennon Ellis of PDM service my furnaces for a clean and check. He did a very thorough inspection. A sensor in one of the units was bad, which he replaced to avoid any future problem. Very happy with his expertise!
