Called around Noon today to schedule them to come check my water heater, as water in basement had put out pilot after hard rain 2 nights ago. They happened to be in town working on another residence. Owner contacted repairman, and he arrived about an hour later. He checked water heater and relit it for me at a very reasonable fee. I will call them again if I need service. Very friendly, efficient and reasonable. I highly recommend them and am very thankful I called them.

Lucky to have them in town. As a person who is hands on I was scared to call a big name company, but after someone on facebook told me about 'Riva' father and son and i'm glad i did riva is the new way to go for me now. I already told a friend. As a local Realtor along with my wife will be recommending Riva alot. Just To tell you I found out my tenant did not pay the water bill on time, and Riva plumbing came out Twice TO MY HOUSE IN CLINTON IL since the water was not running the first time !!!!!, and still treated me more than fair!!! Most would of get me for the delay and wasted trip to think Riva had to confirm with water dept on account of my tenant. I felt bad my new tenant drop the ball like that. Riva text me of the problem updating me and didn't waste any time , and Once water was turn on a different date. They came back and fix the pipe. They answered the phone or called back pretty fast all the time. Great trouble free solution Company HAPPIER THAN A PIG IN MUD. Ill be back to support this father and son company. Riva came out same day to fix my furnace. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn't ask for anything better. On time, very polite, answered all my questions, work was done quickly, and he wears bib overalls( no plumbers crack). If you use someone else I might have to unfriend you, lol.

They came same day that I called, installed a new hot water heater also same day. Very courteous and helpful.

Service was excellent. Educated me on the problem we were having with sewage back up. Highly recommended. Affordable pricing as well.

The blower on my furnace burned up this morning. I called Riva and they came over the same day. After diagnosing the issue they found and picked up the furance part, installed it, and got it working in under 3 hours!! Professional and responsive. If you are in need of a heating/plumbing replacement or repair look no further!

Called early in morning and crew was on site by afternoon to clear sewer line. Very professional and respectful crew.

They are absolutely wonderful. They explained everything that was wrong with our furnace well and they came out same day both times we called. There service was really fast and I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing issue with their heating.

These guys are phenomenal, I'd been having plumbing issues from the day I bought a new house. It has problems that weren't disclosed and the guys at Riva already knew what the issue was. They fixed the problem and the bill was about six thousand less than what the other places quoted me. Haven't had any problems since they did the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good trustworthy company

Called for furnace not heating. While busy, they made time to come out same day. Ended up being a simple fix. Very knowledgeable and fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
