Jim was very polite, courteous and friendly.
He explained everything that he was doing( Not that I knew some of what it meant); Never the less he explained it to me. Jim is very mannered. He did not rush, was very confident and knowledgeable.

Our Belo technician Kevin was knowledgeable and efficient. Great to have our air conditioning back up and running.

Typically Bel-O rep came as promised, was courteous, and completed the jobs quickly and professionally.

Tech Kevin was on time, personable, and professional. He was well-versed before even picking up his tools about my unit and refrigerant availability and conversions. I would welcome Kevin to work on my equipment anytime.
