While they mostly do commercial work, Burns plumbing took the time to meet my residential plumbing needs here in Lemont. They were promptly on time and did the job quickly, professionally, and within my budget. I would recommend Burns Plumbing to anyone I know with plumbing needs! They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier!

I didn't use this company but would have if they were closer to where I lived. I ended up meeting an owner of the company at a construction site in Lakemoor not long ago. I was having a problem finding a plumber or getting one to call me back and saw this company's trucks at a construction site. The only reason I stopped was because someone was getting tools out of a truck while another guy was talking to him and smoking. I decided to stop by and discuss my problems with him and see if he was interested in looking at it for me. Since they were from far south, he ended up giving me some suggestions of what the issue could be and we were able to fix it ourselves. We saved a few hundred dollars doing the repair ourselves, but still would have paid for someone else to do it if they were available. Thank you for being honest and helpful, whatever your name was.

Worked with Derek, who I believe was the owner, on a commercial project over the previous summer. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our project had its ups and downs due to Covid and Derek was more than flexible with our ever changing schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again when needed.

I had a major issue where my main sewer line from my house through the foundation cracked and backed up the plumbing in my whole house..on my wife's birthday to top it off!. I called Burns plumbing and the owner Sean Burns responded within an hour and came out the same day. He assessed the problem, got my drain temporarily cleared and then was back within a few days to get it permanently fixed. Sean and his guys are super professional and worked long and hard in below freezing temperatures to get the job done. I can't recommend Burns plumbing enough!

they weren't honor a new installation repair.

Abandoned. They cajoled me into an expensive tankless water heater, that has had issues since the start. I also used them for expensive pump replacements. Now, they won't answer my requests for a service call to flush the unit and to revisit the issue. I am tired of being ignored by Burns. They are clearly not very professional or reliable. I'd choose someone else. Thankfully there are a lot of good plumbers out there. Moving on from Burns.

Nonresponsive and do not stand behind their work. Good luck trying to secure a service call if your job isn't big enough. I would look for another company before calling Burns. Unreliable.

Your driver of the lift gate truck ran two cars off of I-55 today on two separate occasions! Great company morality !
