Mr Duct was prompt, easy to schedule, and did a great job. We had quite a mess on our hands and they cleaned it up within a few hours.

The technician was very friendly and had a great tree analogy to explain the process.

Very pleased with service. Mike was kind caring knowledgeable and professional. I ask a lot of questions and Mike was very patient and answering all of them as well as giving me quite an education about the process and the reasons behind what they do. He was constantly taking his booties off when he went outside and putting them back on when he came back inside. I was pleased that the company would test my dryer vent and take a picture so that I could make a decision as to whether or not to have that service done as well, and I was glad I did as it made a big difference. I was concerned that they would be dust around my house afterwards or damaged caused by the hoses, but that did not happen. I think the price was very reasonable.

Very happy with the service provided by Mr Duct. Their employee arrived early for our scheduled service and was not only efficient and thorough, he answered all questions with a smile. I highly recommend them for your ductwork cleaning.

Mr Duct was very easy to work with to get our Dryer duct cleaned. They texted me the night before our appointment to confirm and then the serviceman called me when he was on his way in the morning. He arrived on time and was very personable and did a very good job.

Service person was great! Great service and price was very reasonable.

Fine service, performed well. The lead tech explained to me everything they were going to do in sufficient detail, and then carried that out. They widened some duct access points to get their large hoses to fit, but then expertly sealed those access points when done. Efficient, high-quality service, and reasonably priced too.

I reached out to Mr Duct to get my ducts cleaned. They were able to schedule me same day and at a very reasonable price! The technician, Christian was amazing! He was very professional and very courteous. I have a dog and a cat, and he was mindful to let me know he had to leave the front door ajar for a bit and if I wanted to put the cat in a room so he wouldn't get out. Then he did all the other rooms first and the cats room last. It's small mindful things like that, that stick with us and make good impressions. Thanks for the cleaning! We'll see you guys in 3-5 years!

I appreciate the great service and honesty. My technician was on time, and very friendly. Explained what he saw, measurement coming out of my dryer vent. Second time I used them and now I will continue to call Mr. Duct for my vent to be serviced annually.

Yesterday we had Mr. Duct Come to our home in Wheaton and clean our air vents and furnace!
The technician arrived on time, was very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job cleaning the vents, checking the furnace and cleaning the furnace!

After booking services with a different company, , they came in with no equipment. How were they supposed to do the job?! We called Mr. Duct, booked an appointment for within the week, and were satisfied with the job done. The technician was very respectful, clean and quick. I thank him!

We were very pleased with the quality of the work performed by Mr. Duct. The service providers were efficient and provided me with a step by step guide to what and how they would be cleaning our duct work. Had our dryer vent fall off the wall, called Mr Duct and Sergio was out to our house in 30 minutes and everything fixed within an hour. Was great service and fair price for the speed.
