Mark and Matt did an awesome job at new install of our furnace and AC ! Would definitely use again for maintenance and definitely recommend to anyone ! Explained everything beforehand, showed up on time and worked till job was done. And the price was great!

As of a few weeks ago I never even considered converting my old boiler system and attic AC to a all in one forced air system. Thanks to Mark and Cody it became a reality. The whole project from start to finish was a very impressive accomplishment. Marks experience and expertise was a huge asset. Mark will be my go guy for a long time to come. Mark and Cody were awesome. Our ancient boiler went out during one of those -20 degree days and we had a 5 week old newborn to keep warm. They installed central heat in an impressive 2 days! The guys never complained about our kids running around the house while they were trying to work and Mark was so patient and kind with his apprentice. Unbeatable service. I would give ten stars if I could!

We highly recommend London Heating and Cooling. Our furnace bit the dust and our A/C was on its way out as well. Mark came out so quickly to give an estimate and got us on the schedule to have a complete new system installed within a few days. Mark is a total professional. He and his assistant were in and out in less than 3 hours, everything is working perfectly and the unit looks nice. I was seeking a new HVAC professional and called Mark for a water leak from the condensation box on my furnace. He came out within the hour and found the issue right away - a missing plug. We used Mark last year when our old steam boiler broke and we decided to convert our building into forced air heat. He came out right away and looked at everything and provided a very competitive quote. They started on the project almost immediately. They had the boiler system, including the radiators and piping, torn out and the new system completely up and running within days. Their work was top notch and Mark really knows his stuff. What a super company and Mark was awesome. Liked the fact I actually talked to him personally, came the same day and fixed my heating boiler quickly. Answered questions, since it's my first experience with a boiler. Reasonably priced, great people person, local, an all around keeper.

I was in a pinch with my move and I needed some work done to my Split systems. Mr. London took my call on Thursday and came by first thing Friday to start my install and repair the AC leak. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He provides too tier service to my entire family. He will always be the first phone call I make!

Furnace went out during an extremely cold spell - of course! London heating was quick at responding to my home and honest about options to either repair or replace. Given the age of my furnace I chose to replace. The work was done in a timely manner which was much appreciated as I was keeping the house warm with multiple space heaters. Owner was extremely prompt and professional and I would definitely recommend using this company!

OUTSTANDING!!!! Mark of London Heating and Cooling is amazing to work with, so fast and efficient!! We realized our a/c unit was only blowing warm air, we called Mark that evening and he was out the very next afternoon and had us back up and running with ice cold air with a part that needed replacing! We needed service from them about 3.5 years ago and it was the very same way, service complete and taken care of within 24 hrs of the call placed both times! Excellent customer service and support!! Highly recommend for sure!!

We are so grateful to Mark for preventing us from being ripped off further. Our furnace went out and we consulted four seasons. They said the problem was our blower wheel and charged us over $1000 to fix it. A month later the furnace stopped working again and four seasons said it was our blower wheel again and I told them we had that fixed. They told me there are two blower wheels and I believed them. We were about to buy a new furnace from them because they said other parts were going to break that are more expensive, but did not have enough credit. So I called around and Mark had told me that there is only one blower wheel on a furnace. We ended up purchasing a new furnace from Mark that is half the price of what four seasons was going to charge us. The furnace is working well and we are very happy. And we are very happy that Mark prevented us from being overcharged.

Needed to replace an older unit that unexpectedly stopped working. London Heating and Cooling was honest and affordable. Service was quick. Mark made an overwhelming situation easy to handle. Highly recommend.

Called Mark at 5:30 PM as the air conditioner was blowing hot air. He was at the house at 7:30AM the next morning. Replaced a capacitor and we were good to go. Will definitely call him when AC needs to be replaced.
