Vito from Tmd plumbing came to fix our sewage ejector pump through AHS . He did an amazing job , professional , friendly and finished the job in 30 minutes . Also for this same issue before TMD another company got our claim rejected from warranty saying we need a shut off valve and issue with electrical connection , I would like to recommend any one from American home shield request TMD plumbing .

I had a clogged drain in my basement and they got back to me right away with fair pricing and professional service. Great family owned business. Highly recommended!

TMD Plumbing is amazing from the office staff all the way to their guys in the field. They provide exceptional customer service and their communication is top notch!

They came out and fixed my running toilet and put some pvc above ground because my underground discharge pipe was frozen. They're coming again tomorrow to fix both subpumps and another running toilet. I have nothing but confidence in them. They explain everything as well as what caused the problem. I highly recommend this contractor.

Tmd plumbing never fails I have used them in the past which was why I called again. I had a drain hole by my washer that was completely stopped up and poop, toilet paper and water were coming up from it. TMD came out and fixed it with no problem and have such great customer service. I wish I remembered the plumbers name to give credit directly to him but thank you guys so much.

This was a good experience. Used through AHS warranty, which is usually hit or miss, but Vito did a great job and there was not any out-of-pocket cost.

Excellent work from both men that came out to my house yesterday, I have had an issue with back up from my sink for years ,both men were outstanding,quick, intelligent and very polite. The only company I will ever go to for any of my plumbing . It's not only the job that was well done it's the pride these men have towards making someone happy, Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

I highly recommend TMD plumbing! They were responsive, courteous and knowledgeable! They worked with my warranty company and the entire process was seamless. Vito took GREAT care of me! Even if I didn’t have my home warranty (AHS), I would pick TMD! In fact, I will INSIST that my home warranty company use TMD for all of their customers!

My daughter was told by a different plumber she needed a new shutoff valve for the toilet and anode rods for water heater. Over $750.
Neither was true TMD replaced toilet tank parts and determined water heater didn't need any repairs. $235. TMD Saved me over $500. They were very honest. Highly recommended.

TMD has come to my home several times to address a variety of needs I had including water heater installation and pipe repairs. They've been terrific - they always explain the issue, recommend the work that needs to be done with a clear rationale, transparent and fair pricing, and then execute. I've used them for years now and from the scheduler Sherri to the technicians Rocky and Trevor, these folks have been superb.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been without hot water for THREE WEEKS because of this company's complete lack of competence and professionalism.

They came out to “repair” my hot water heater, but instead of actually fixing anything, they kept ordering part after part—none of which solved the problem. Every visit ended with another excuse and more delays. After wasting weeks of my time, they finally told me they weren’t going to fix it at all and that I should “call someone else.” Unbelievable.

Unprofessional Conduct:

The scheduler, Sherry, was extremely unprofessional, failed to provide clear updates, and on one occasion used profanity during a call when I followed up about the status of the repair. This behavior was entirely unacceptable.

I was treated with indifference, received no formal communication about delays, and was ultimately left without hot water for nearly a month due to the company's negligence.

Now I see why so many negative reviews on Angie’s List.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, disorganized, and clearly don’t value their customers. Being left without hot water for nearly a month is completely inexcusable. Save yourself the stress—call someone else.

TMD has done many plumbing repairs for me through the years as a preferred vendor for my home warranty company, and until today, I've had largely positive experiences with the company. But after what just happened, I'll NEVER open my doors to them again.

This was the THIRD time that someone has come out to fix a toilet that wasn't filling properly. The first time, they made an adjustment to the fill valve, called it fixed, and were on their way. A week or so later, the problem returned so the warranty company issued a recall and they returned. In and out in under 10 minutes after adjusting the chain that connects the lever to the fill valve. About a week passed and the problem was worse than before so I contacted my warranty company yet again and the TMD plumber returned today.

This time, he informs me that 1) the problem is the bidet seat on my toilet because they are "against code". The same seat that's been there EVERY time they've come out as was never even mentioned as a potential cause for concern (including by this very plumber who was present on the first call); and 2) since the toilet is currently filling/flushing properly, he can't actually replace any parts (despite seeing video of the exact problem and how we manually move the fill valve to fill the toilet tank when necessary...I guess I'm supposed to go a week without a functioning toilet while awaiting a repair?). I let him know that it felt as if he was coming up with reasons not to replace the fill valve at this point.

He went out to his van to "reach out to my warranty company" and returned a few minutes later to inform me that my warranty won't cover any repair on the toilet because of "an illegal connection" (i.e., the bidet seat that he had previously failed to mention as an issue. Side note: I did a quick search and was unable to confirm that bidet seats violate any code in my area, but I digress). So now my repair is not covered by warranty, but he can "do me the favor" of disconnecting the bidet, replacing the fill valve, and reconnecting all hoses properly" for $235. NOPE! Not happening. I'd rather do it myself or pay someone else, but I absolutely will not pay you double my home warranty repair rate to address an issue that you just decided to inform me of today. And the fact that you never even mentioned the problem to me before reporting it as an illegal connection with the home warranty company doesn't sit well with me at all.

At this point, he told me he "no longer wanted to do any work for me because of my attitude." So I wished him "the day he deserves," and sent him on his way. This whole experience was really unfortunate because, as mentioned, I've had positive experiences with TMD over several years, and every other interaction has been kind, respectful, and pleasant. But this lack of transparency and what feels like a lack of integrity have completely soured me against the company. I'd rather switch warranty companies than to ever have TMD Plumbing return to my home.
