I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, punctual and Incredibly thorough. They brought our carpets back to life- stains that were permanent are completely gone, and everything looks and smells fresh and clean. The technician was friendly, respectful of our space, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch carpet cleaning. We'll definitely be using their service again!

Alan and Alonso did a great job and were very nice! They made my rugs look new. They went the extra mile with problem areas on my furniture. I highly recommend and will be using their services in the future.

BOOK NOW!! I saw this company on a Facebook ad and was impressed by the many positive reviews. I took a chance and booked them. We have not gotten our carpets professionally cleaned in over 3 years and they were dingy and lifeless. We were planning to replace the carpet later this year, but now that I have gotten a GOOD cleaning, I think that is going a little further down the priority list.

Kevin and his team came within the agreed upon time frame and they were so nice and thorough. They took great care in handling our belongings and the price was more than fair. My only regret is that I didn't take before pictures so that everyone could see the huge difference. There were stains in my daughter's bedroom that I thought for sure would be permanent, and they got them out! To top it all off, the deodorizer they used has my entire home smelling fresh. I won't hesitate to use their services again and actually was pleased to find out they do home cleaning as well, so I'll be booking again. You won't be disappointed!

What took me weeks and still didn't finish, Kevin was able to come in and do an amazing job in an hour! My carpet is clean and smelling good. I haven't seen carpet lines in a long time. See for yourself.

I called Lock pro on Thursday, November 20 I had an appointment November 21 at 7 AM. Allen and Alonso were the text that came out to clean the carpet when I called on November 20. I spoke with Kevin I actually google carpet cleaners near me and lock pro came up and had the best reviews. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning carpet. I tried to clean the carpet myself a few months ago which was a disaster and left a bad smell in the house when Allen and Alonzo arrived they arrived around 655 this morning and they were very kind professional got right to it. They were done before 7:30 AM. I just had the living room done and the floor looks amazing so glad that I found this company if you are looking for an efficient effective professional carpet, cleaning company Look no further. Called to get some stubborn pet stains/smell out of our carpet that we been having trouble getting out and Kevin set us up almost immediately for Alan and Alonso to come get our carpet cleaned and disinfected. Within 30 minutes they were already at our house getting to work and our rug smells and looks absolutely beautiful. They were all super friendly, helpful and had great communication. They were also very quick and efficient. We will be using their service again soon for our other rooms. Highly recommend! Thank you guys again :)

I cannot say enough good things about Lock Pro and the great job they did cleaning my carpet. I search through Google to find them, read all the reviews and called to book an appointment. They did not disappoint, they deserve the 5 Star rating they get for a reason.
I asked for service the next day (Sunday no-less) and Kevin and his employee Tom came right out. Now that is customer service!!
They did a beautiful job on my carpet, deodorized them as well, and left them looking like my dogs had never had an accidents on it. My carpet is older so I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it has a new life after cleaning. I'm so impressed it turned out so nice.
They were extremely professional, on time, efficient and very friendly to deal with.
I liked their work so much I'm going to have them come out and clean my heating ducts before Winter comes, to get rid of the mold residue that you would never think about.

Kevin & Tom clean the carpet in both of my bedrooms at my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Berwyn Illinois . In my daughter’s bedroom she had some stains in her carpet and Kevin and tom were able to get all the stains out of my daughter’s bedroom carpet . They did such a good job amazing job that I would hire them again if I need carpet cleaned in any of my future homes I would call them again and I highly recommend Kevin and tom from lock pro carpet cleaning services and they are very very very nice people!!!! They did such a good job and I would call this company if I were you because they did an amazing job!!!!!
