Steri-clean is a great business and I highly recommend them. Could not get rid of a very bad dog odor in my garage. I tried everything I could find on the net with limited success. I called Steri-clean, a Tony was very professional and managed to expertly solve the problem and saved our garage.

Tony and crew were excellent! After being burdened with the task of cleaning up after the death of a hoarder, they were extremely compassionate. They were excellent communicators and did an excellent job with the cleanup. I highly recommend!

Very quick response to schedule an estimate to clean up 3 bedrooms and closets of mice droppings and pushed up schedule to accommodate my family’s schedule. The crew of 3 were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable and completed a thorough inspection, cleaning and carpet cleaning within hours. Over the past 2 weeks I have had to tackle the one thing that I have been dreading for 25+ years, and that is cleaning out my parent's home. I have literally lost many nights of sleep over that time thinking about the unfathomable job ahead of me. Knowing I couldn't do this on my own I contacted Steri-Clean. From my first conversation with Tony I knew this was the right step and I felt instantly at ease. We were able to schedule an appointment for a consult that week and he sent me the estimate by the following day. Overwhelming feelings and emotions play a huge part in this process for many reasons, but from the first day I felt comfortable with him and his team (Dez, Joel & Mike).
They literally jumped right in and didn't stop until the job was done. Every. Single. Day.

Communications were clear throughout the process, the team was prompt, professional, organized and thoughtful in caring for the home's items, including myself. Beside the fact that there were several areas that were mistakenly overlooked and not taken into consideration during the estimate(my mistake), they did it without hesitation and still finished in the timeframe agreed upon. No matter what I asked them to do, it was done immediately with no questions asked.

It takes a special and amazing person to engage and listen to your life's story, experiences and history all while cleaning through the memories. Working next to Tony helped me realize everything would be ok and that's what he did for me. This is definitely one of the most emotional, physical and mental experiences I have had to deal with and this team was definitely a huge support system for me throughout this experience whether they know it or not. I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without them. Ever.

I know one could say that they are just "doing their job", or "they are getting paid to do it", but it takes unique and caring individuals to help you go through unimaginable surroundings without making you feel judged or uncomfortable. Hell, I didn't want to go through it and it was my own family's things... let alone if I had to go through a stranger's mess. And this is what they do on a daily basis.

The joking and bantering I had with them made the whole process palpable and helped me see light at the end of a long dark tunnel. With every day that passed I could see all of our hard work come to fruition and that light became a whole lot closer and brighter. I do not do reviews. Ever. This is one I couldn't resist or neglect to write. I can never say enough about these guys who helped lift the weight off my shoulders that I've been carrying for 25+ years.
If anyone is in this situation, don't hesitate to call Tony and his crew. They will get the job done and relieve you from that monster on your back. EVERY penny was well worth it.

WOW! This is one word that sums up my entire experience. From the very first phone call, to the day Tony came to give me a quote, to the week they spent organizing and cleaning, up until the day they finished….Steri-Clean simply amazed me! Tony Moser and his crew did a phenomenal job decluttering, deep cleaning and deodorizing my home. After years of hoarding, my house was in terrible shape. He and his team made it a home again. Tony was professional, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic. Throughout the entire process, from providing an estimate to final payment, he was understanding and non judgmental. In addition to his professionalism, he is also very much aware of the mental health issues related to hoarding and was sensitive to them. I strongly recommend Tony and Steri-Clean!!

Tony and all the guys were very easy to work with. They communicated well, were professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They cleaned up and sorted the basement and garage of a family home. There were issues with rodent debris, general dirt, and a lot of old items to be removed. I can't say enough about Tony M. and his crew. My loved ones were in a terrible car accident. While they healed, I hired Steri-Clean to come in and declutter and make their house a place where they could return to and move about safely due to a hoarding situation. The team was great. We had purchased a house that has a lot of pet/pest waste issues on top of years of neglect. Tony, TK, and the team were lovely to work with and knocked out the work in a little less than a week. Everyone who has been in the house talks about how better it smells now. It feels safe to work in now! I was overwhelmed by the mess before, but hiring a team of professionals was totally worth it.

Owner Tony M. is awesome. Have used his service several times. Water in basement, no problem. They were able to clean and dry thoroughly and check for mold and disinfect entire basement. Had an issue with dryer vents, he came out and took care of what three service teams couldn’t figure out. Saved me over $700 by not having to purchase a new dryer.

We recently used Tony and his crew to clean out a home that was hoarded. I couldn't have asked for better service. Not only were they a great group of guys, meaning friendly, courteous and funny, I was really impressed with how well they communicated with us and the respect and dignity shown to my parents. The team worked tirelessly and did not stop until the home was brought back to life and once again beautiful. I highly recommend them. If you are considering hiring them - you won't be disappointed!

The best thing I ever did was to call Tony over for a consultation. With his sincerity and sense of humor, he eased my parents into the idea of allowing his team to step into what was a very difficult hoarding situation. Tony's estimates for time and labor were spot-on. The price was fair. All the workers were professional and left my parents not only feeling dignified but cared for. My mom said so many nice things about Tony and his team and actually misses having them over now that the work is done. My parents got their lives back, can function in their house again, and are excited about continuing to make good choices to further improve their lives.
